If I had money I could spend the day in the store. I love all the items that they have. Reminds me of Radio Shack, good old days. The staff is always kind. They listen to what you have to say and treat you like a person. Never felling pressure to purchase more. Being a women in a military town I have felt the treatment given to me because of being a women. Never felt that way going into Battery Plus. Thank you that really means the most to me.

Ordered a motorcycle battery online and it was ready and topped off with a charge when I walked through the door an hour later to pick it up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had black and blue lines running all through my phone screen and thought I’d need a whole new phone. I took it in and Ronny helped me out and got me in and out within an hour. Really good customer service the store was clean and tidy and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Ronny was very helpful and polite. Not only did he replace the battery in my Android phone, but he also made sure he had the part available, so we didn't waste a trip. I will always go to this location for all my cell phone and battery needs.

I was delighted that they had the very essential battery I needed - in stock- gave me guidance on how to install it in a 20 yr old system. It worked! I feared I was going to have to wait days to solve this problem. Staff was great. Price was great.
