The staff at this location were nice but I drove all the way down here from a different part of town only to open a box to see that it was damaged, while in the manufacturing process. The employee went back to grab another one and the second one was damaged worse than the first. These are vital car components that could cause my car's engine to blow up. No Quality control on vital parts! Check your parts! Pro tip: Call ahead and have them check inventory, and OPEN the box and check for damage!

Helpful staff but said they reserved a part for me and did not actually reserve it. The staff resolved the issue but it added another 20 min in the store

I stood there waiting for someone to help me for about 10 minutes with no one helping. Two guys are walking around but I'm not upset about that. I figured they were doing something besides running the cash registers. The staff in here are really friendly, which is why we come here for all our parts and car needs. The reward system is awesome when you do a combo for oil filter, oil, and air filter. Also you get $20 off when you spend $20 or more 5 times I think…. Ask them about it, they’re really awesome in there.

The staff are nice. But jeez this place is understaffed. There's an extremely long line (and it's 2 PM on a Thursday, so I can't imagine how long it would be on the weekends) and only two people who seem overwhelmed. Another multimilllion dollar business that is too cheap to hire more people to make things speedy.
