From the moment I dropped off the automobile, Mr. Robert in service dept was very helpful! He requested an Uber driver to pick me up and take me home, and that was another great experience! The best car purchase experience at a dealership I've ever had. I bought a used Q7 TDI and everyone was kind and helpful. No stress, not pushy, not lots of "let me talk to my manager". Have yet to use service shop but the sale was a pleasant experience and made as easy as possible for me
