“I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Vicki at Canyon Creek. As a first time, online customer, I ordered a pair of Lane boots from Vicki. By pure fluke, I received not a standard pair, but a pair of custom boots that Lane made for another customer. When I asked Vicki about the proportions of the boots, she jumped into action immediately. She contacted Lane and in no time, had my return processed with all postage paid, a new pair of boots ordered for me, and a personal apology and explanation of why my order was incorrect that came directly from Lane Boots.
