I work at this location. For everyone who is looking to Google to see if we’re open today (3/14/2024), WE ARE NOT. WE ARE CLOSED due to the extreme weather. Google won’t change the status to “Temporarily Closed” and there’s nobody on site to put up any kind of note.

These reviews are pretty hit or miss. Either you like the staff or you don't. For you one star folk who had rough run-in's with the staff, I hope you have the day you deserve. Every single person who works at this location that I've met so far is very nice and tries to be patient. I'm a new boxholder there and I've had no issues.Also, as a PSA to any future customers who may do business with this store: PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR AMAZON QR CODES CLOSELY! If it says "customer packed" under the QR code, that means you need to bring it in a bag or a box. There are no exceptions to this unless you contact amazon yourself. THE UPS ASSOCIATES WILL NOT CALL AMAZON FOR YOU! However they may give you a card with an amazon customer service number on it which is pretty nifty. If the QR code says "No box no label" you don't usually need to worry about bringing the item in a box. I experienced this the other day for the first time and the young man with curly hair and glasses was very helpful. I didn't get his name though.I also had a return that needed an actual shipping label that amazon provided me. If your return forces you to print out a shipping label, the wonderful people at this store can print it for you for $2. You also need to make sure that if any return is like this, the item in question needs to back in a bag or a box. Amazon charged my wife a 25% fee because the item returned with a shipping label wasn't in a box or bag because she refused to pay for either. Apparently the item was going to be re-shipped "Like new" to a different consumer but couldn't due to "inefficient packing"? Good to know that certain items are re-sold after the return.Anyway excuse my ranting. I'm new to this whole Google Review thing but the clerk I mentioned before was very knowledgeable about all things amazon returns.

Rude associate. Abruptly snapped voice for not holding return code on phone up vertically so it wouldn't reflect off ceiling. Associate did not explain what needed to be held vertically until I tried to hold the return package up. I thought he was maybe going to measure the dimensions of the package. I apologized, no acceptance. Please be more thoughtful in how you treat your customers or at least better explain what you need and why rather than snapping.

I came in to drop off a package and buy a box for a work project and the clerk named Sean was super helpful and insightful. I recognized him from the Walgreens across the street. He used to work there and I was surprised to see him here. He seemed genuinely happier working here. That’s just the vibe I got.

The young man who waited on me = Gary was incredibly hostile and rude. At one point I asked him if I'd done something to offend or upset him. Somebody needs to clue Gary in to the relationship between customers and his paycheck.Sadly, the older folks who I assume are the owners were present and heard how Gary spoke to me and how he treated me. They were being polite and helpful to the customers they helped, as was one other female employee. I mailed five packages and spent $70.80 on December 19. I will NEVER shop at this UPS store again and recommend that you find an alternative UPS store.

Love this shop and their service! Probably the only slight negative is the parking. There is enough, just a very busy parking lot.

Really overpriced which is quite disappointing because I only came here because I was told it was one of the cheaper options. $300 for 2 boxes that are less than 15 pounds?? I don’t think so. They also wanted to charge me $30 for a new box on top of it all. I went to FedEx up the street instead and paid $120. The staff were really helpful and kind even though they seemed a bit new to the job.

My son and I were recently quarantined with covid, and once able to get a power of attorney form notarized, went to this UPS store with our masks on. Although there were seven UPS Store employees helping three customers at the counter, we waited 15 minutes, and said that we wanted to have a paper notarized. The short old lady with gray/blonde hair said that they were busy, and that we'd have to wait for her to service the seven customers who were in line behind us. Why should we have to wait for customers in line behind us to get served before us? The employee said that she did not know that we were already waiting 15/20 minutes before telling us to wait until they could service other customers. Maybe the employee should have asked if we were waiting in line, and not assumed that we just walked up to the front. Maybe I should have told her that we were waiting a long time already.

I went into this store at 8am this morning. The door was unlocked so I went in. After standing there for a few moments an older man came around the corner and exclaimed “well I guess we’re open” in a sarcastic voice. If you don’t want to be open yet then don’t unlock your door! Very unfriendly and rude!

The customer service leaves something to be desired here. There were no other customers and two people working when I came in - one looked at me and then laughed into her arms the whole time I was there. The other one who helped me gave me dirty looks and the only thing she said to me was to ask if I wanted the copy of my receipt at the end. It has been a long time since I have felt so unwelcome somewhere. The service I did receive was quick and efficient, however.

The people here go above and beyond! Years ago, we would spend 5-6 weeks in the summer at my family's beach house. I would ship boxes of clothing from this location, usually about five boxes. Then we could travel with small suitcases. Every box arrived safely, on time, and undamaged. A few months ago, I had to ship a purse to Louis Vuitton for repair. They sent me mailing labels, and a form for UPS to sign stating that it was a high-value item. The owner called me to tell me that a driver refused to sign it, but he would ask another driver. It took two tries, but he finally called me and said my purse was on its way! They're really nice, helpful people here. I stopped in today to drop off a giant lithium battery for a snowblower that only worked once. Apparently, it couldn't be dropped off at Whole Foods or Kohl's because I had to package it. So the UPS Store was my only choice for this particular Amazon return.
