I have been coming to this Walmart for 3 years and I never complain, but the Regal Nail shop located in the Walmart Centennial/Englewood, CO is no good. The shop was completely empty on Saturday 6/11 and I was the only one there. The lady servicing me did an extremely poor job. She did not remove any of my callus. She used cuticle removal instead of callus removal on my feet, when I pointed it out, she said that the cuticle remove was better and it makes your feet smooth. She did not dry my toenail polish right, but just air dried them. When I asked for the lamps to dry my nails, she claimed that it would dry faster with just the air. She charged me to much for the poor service $30.00+$5.00. A few hours later my feet were burning and itching where I had to put hydroperoxide on them. The next morning, I notice that my right big toenail had a fingerprint on the polish. She did not dry my nails correctly and when she put the oil on it, she ruin my nail polish. I went to the shop after church and asked for my money back and the lady that was with her refused and said come back tomorrow Monday 6/13, when the lady that was servicing me was there. I came back on 6/13 and the lady that was servicing me refused to give me my money back while the other lady hid in the back. Once again, the nail shop was completely empty on Sunday 6/12 except for 1 person and then again completely empty on Monday 6/13 except for 1 person. They are doing a very poor job and that is why no one is coming. I want my $35.00 back. I also paid $15.00 for my manicure but I am not complaining about that although she still charged to much for that too. I want a $35.00 refund. This nail shop went up on price and down on service. They are refusing to give me my money refund.

I am very picky about my nails and really struggle finding a place that meets all the marks I'm looking for. I don't like when places Penny pinch (if I'm coming here all the time, I'm paying a lot doing my toes,, my kids nails,, my nails,, my friends,, etc dont try to s***** $4 more dollars for some BS) so I do not like that they charged for a matte top coat when I know it costs exactly the same. I've gone here 3 times now and not one nail has broken so I can't say if they would charge me for that yet... but the fact that I haven't broken nail is pretty miraculous!!! They do a wonderful more narrow coffin shape that I love, they have tons of options for colors, they have been super quick and really friendly. It surprised me they were inside walmart but so far, I've been relatively impressed.

I have been a long time costumer (at least 4 years) my favorite mail person went back to his native country. Since that the manager and her main nail tech have proven they should not be in business with the public. They were rude, hurried my nails, then rudely complained because I did not realize she was talking to me because she spent the majority of my appt talking to her manager in chinese. Suffice to say, I would usually give a good tip, this time. I left them a $6 tip for her and her boss to split since she did a crap job on my daughter's nails as well! I will never return there. I paid a lot of money to have someone be rude to me. I will never go back again. My advice, don't go to a business that doesn't respect you!

Cute shop, friendly staff and clean environment as well as nice price point. I got dip powder done on my nails. About a week later my nails already began to crack. They product they used was not as good as the SNS products.

Haven’t been back. Anna was great but I always got stuck with Kim. Rushed and not enjoyable. Too many other choices.

Out of convenience, I stopped in the salon today. I was warmly greeted and sat immediately. The salon was very clean with cool art work on the walls. Tami spent so much quality time on my nails and did an amazing job with the dipping powder removal and new powder manicure! I was shocked at the $35 price as well! The salon I used to go to in Highlands Ranch might have a beautiful chandelier, but charges at least $10 more, (charges $3 extra for cuticle attention), rarely engage in conversation mostly due in part to language barriers, and, sometimes don’t even apply lotion. I highly recommend this Regal Nails and will make it my go-to-salon even if I don’t have to go to Walmart.

I've gotten my acrylics done here multiple times and they always do a good job! For $27 for a full set, you really can't beat it (a fill is $20). It's not the most perfect set of acrylics, but it's such a great deal. All of the ladies are so nice and they get my nails done super quickly. Last photo is from July of 2017 and the 3 other photos are from this month! All of the nicks on my cuticles are from me, not the salon!
