Brian gave us a very thorough presentation and helped give us confidence for the company and install. The install crew were fast and clean, and their project close out was thorough and they took care of our final concerns quickly and correctly. I would definitely consider using Power again for future projects.

Mike was incredibly educational and thorough; he made us feel very comfortable with our purchase and the quality of the product. Austin also did a quality job and answered all of our technical questions before the install; he gave us a lot of great tips on how to prepare and made us feel comfortable about the work they were going to do.

Terrible experience with this company. Scheduled a showing and explicitly stated I had a hard stop and would prefer another day, they were insistent and I figured I'd get it out of the way. On the day, they were late, and decided to do more than just the siding estimate, while this woman literally opened up my ceiling and got insulation all over my thousands of dollars of electronics in my office. Then, despite me telling them about my hard stop, they refused to leave my house when I asked them to. They said that they could offer me a discount financing that day, but the banks "wouldn't let them" offer it the next day. The difference in APR that she wrote down was 14% or something vs. 30%. I work in Finance, I understand that there is variablity in rates, but she was lying to my face that some bank was telling them that. It was a promo financing deal and she was so hellbent on getting me to sign a piece of paper that she treated me like an idiot.
Then, they told my wife that her preferences on siding color were not important because the colors they had available were more modern, better, etc., despite our brick being a very specific color that didn't go with a single thing in their entire catalog. The arrogance to sit in MY house and tell MY wife that her preferences were invalid, still makes my blood boil.
I called the company and asked them to put me on a no contact, no call, no knock list so that I would never have to see a person from this company again.
Then, today, a Power Siding associate knocked on my door despite MULTIPLE "no soliciting, no sales, no religion, absolutely no reason to knock unless you know me" signs on my property. I said, "Do you see the signs" and he said, "Yes, but your siding..."
Dude, I live here. I know I could use some new siding because I have eyes. I am going to get new siding, but I'm not buying it from YOU or anyone else who knocks on my door. That's why the signs are there, LEARN TO READ.
This is the most arrogant, self important, dickhead company I have ever been in contact with. I would not trust them to change my toilet paper, let alone siding, windows or anything else. I do not care if they are the best siding at the best price with the best installers in the world. Their sales staff will ensure that I absolutely never spend a dime on this company, and tell every single person I ever meet about my experience.

I will strongly recommend to friends, family and others to look elsewhere for any home remodeling based on our experience. Poor customer service! Poor communication and poor coordination.
Blake and Ryan both said they would reinstall old lights or change out light fixtures if we supplied new fixtures which weren't installed correctly and not up to code which is a fire hazard. Siding supervisor was so rude and unprofessional, stating we didn't know what we were talking about until he was made aware that my husband is an electrician. Scheduled a time to come and personally inspect their work but never showed up wasting my husbands time away from work to meet with him to discuss our concerns.

Iroquois was very knowledgeable of the company policies and project. He provided a great presentation and allowed us to make a quick decision to move forward due to price and quality of product.

Mike was very informative and answered all our questions about design, construction, quality, and warranty. He even gave us a demonstration to show us how the windows are built and function. Stephanie and Blake were also extremely helpful and made the process of replacing our windows very smooth.

Working with Power has been a very pleasant experience. All crews, siding, door and gutters have been polite and professional. Their workmanship is top notch. Also all employees of Power that we converse with on the phone and in person are also very professional and are very responsive to our concerns and questions.

Well it’s almost been a year since installation and yesterday is the second time I’ve had to make a service call to Power because my vinyl siding is coming loose or completely coming off the house. Right now I’m not a happy customer!
