For Customer Service - look elsewhere!! Visited this store with a gift card that was purchased at the Park Meadows location. Even though I had the original receipt showing the gift card was fully paid for - they could not figure it out. Gave me a phone number that is only open on the weekends (it was Saturday). Did everything possible to make it "my problem" instead actually helping me by doing the right thing. "Sorry sir this gift card was purchased at Park Meadows so you'll have to talk to them" - UNBELIEVABLE!!! It's an Old Navy store - what difference does it make??? Will not be shopping here ever again.

Big and clean! Clothes are well hung and folded and not messy at all. Employees were so very helpful and super helpful!

I've come here about 15 times, They always have a great bunch or different types of clothes, especially in the summertime, like flowy dress, Corky shirts, flip flops, swimsuits and more The workers are very kind and always ask if you need assistance looking for something. The line is long sometimes, but that's because of the staff shortage.

This store is awesome! the store is laid out nice with lots of great finds at super killer prices. I love the jewerly too and usually buy the kids clothes since I fit best into a girls size 12 items. The tights are $.6.00 and so pretty. I highly recommend this store and locale.

Large store with a large selection of clothes for everyone. They often have a sale going on which often makes the already affordable clothes even more affordable. Old Navy often has the biggest and best selection of jeans (at least for men, I can't speak to the women's selection) and t-shirts. If they don't have something in your size they will order it for you and have it shipped to your house for free!

The store is well organized with clothes being properly put in place. There is so much to choose from in this particular Old Navy store. My experience with the customer service has been good! They were helpful in trying to find products around the store. Overall, my experience has been good with this place.

I stopped by here after work to get some shirts and I felt the need to leave a positive review because the customer service was excellent! Josie helped me out with deciding on some shirts and then helped me during checkout to sign up for rewards points and she was just overall very sweet and helpful and I really appreciated it! It was a great experience. I'll be back for sure.
