Don't buy anything from them! They come up with every excuse in the book to not honor their warranty!

We had an excellent experience with Mirsed. He took care of us when picking out a couch but was never pushy. The men who delivered our couch were so timely and efficient! We were very happy!

Phone number has not worked for months. No wonder Macys is closing all of the stores

Fix your phone. Phone doesn't work. Took me 4 days to reach someone. Guess they don't want to sell furniture.Macy's main office told me to drive for 40 minutes to get there

This is not a Macys department store. They only sell furniture.

Me and my friends went here because my friends parents wanted us to see how much something was so we walked in and after 5 seconds we get approached by this lady telling us we have to be 18 to buy furniture then we ask why and she says because it goes through a computer

Good: Product is good quality, prices are less insane than lots of places, sales and delivery people have been friendly and helpful. Bad: You might never actually get what you ordered, delivery service logistics are absolutely, astonishingly, amazingly flawed Ordered some furniture in June 2021. We were told that some of the order wouldn't arrive until October 2021, which we were ok with - Covid was messing up supply chains, I get it. The first part of our order, outdoor furniture, arrived in September in two batches. The chairs came first, but nobody had loaded the cushions on the truck. Talked to customer service and they sent some of the cushions a couple weeks later, but not all. Talked to them again and the additional missing cushions arrived a couple weeks after that. The outdoor couch was delivered after the chairs, and - you guessed it - no cushions. A couple of weeks later after contacting customer service, a big old box of cushions was dropped on my porch. The bedroom furniture we were told would arrive in October 2021 has apparently reached the Macy's local warehouse as of March 2022, but they can't seem to manage actually delivering it to us. They sent me an email in February to schedule a delivery date. I scheduled March 11 and received an email confirmation. On March 10, our salesperson called me to schedule a date, because they had no record of the date I had scheduled. Oh well, it's a couple of weeks - we rescheduled for today, March 23, 2022. I received an another email confirming this date. Realized around lunch time I hadn't received a delivery window today. I called their toll-free support line and spent 10 minutes trying to get a human on the line (the trick is to biff data entry a bunch of times in a row - enter a bad salescheck number or ZIP code like 4 or 5 times and it will kick you to a human). You are on fire, internet friend, because you guessed it again - absolutely no record of our order scheduled for delivery today, but they can reschedule for us. I'm scheduled for early April now. Excited to see what, if anything, actually shows up! At the end of the day, mistakes happen. Any one of these issues would absolutely be no skin off my nose - I might be a little annoyed in the moment, but we wouldn't be sharing this review together, and I'd forget about it and move on. This, on the other hand, just appears to be systemic failure at multiple points in the delivery process. Back to work, Macy's logistics team!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a bedroom set and was rushed in and out with no information and was told to call the customer service line in a few weeks once my order was processed. I was told my furniture would arrive one day, got an update saying that is no longer the case and it getting moved back a month. Once my furniture was ready to be delivered I called and scheduled a delivery date and received an email confirmation. A few days later I got a call and was told I needed to update my card information because when I purchased the furniture it was only a hold on my account and now I needed to re-purchase the furniture and that my furniture was never scheduled for delivery. So after waiting for over two months I am now back to square one with my order cancelled and no furniture.

Just a really bad customer experience. We went into the store and purchased patio furniture in May. We were told by the salesperson that it would arrive by early June. We had a house warming in late June, so we went with Macy's because we were assured that it would arrive by then. Well, not only did we not receive our furniture in time for the party, but we still don't have it and it now looks like it won't arrive till end of July. Meanwhile, no one kept us informed throughout the process and we had to keep calling for info. It just sucks when a company is so eager to close a deal that they would lie and not be honest with expectations. We won't be back.

Horrible customer service here, zero stars! Went in store to purchase a mattress and was left wandering around the entire time, no sales reps checked if we needed help. They also do not allow in-store pick-up (would not work with us at all on this), and want to charge $99 for delivery instead, which does not include disposal of old mattress. Both Home Depot and Lowe's have the same brands at lower prices, and they will ship to your home or in-store pick-up for free! Don't waste your time here, go anywhere else and save the hassle and money!

I got stared at by a weird fat kid in the corner of the store, he kept making grunting sounds and started crawling on all fours towards me. I ran as far as I could.
