I went in today and tried to get a car. We got Dylann has a sales guy and he from the start didn’t want to help us. Didn’t offer us to take the car for a drive. Once I decided I wanted it he looked at his watch and huffed and said yeah we can do paperwork. He didn’t want to run my credit little did he know I had a down payment for $8,000. I was discriminated and didn’t end up purchasing the car. He kept saying I understand not having the down payment and you can afford a cheaper car such as a 2021. Don’t go with this guy. Horrific service.

Do not get the warranty they offer. The warranty company will use any excuse to not pay even when you get the highest tier of coverage. Don’t get scammed like me.

I appreciated my advisor William. He was professional, took the time to address my concerns about my vehicle. He also ordered a Lyft for me. While I was walking around the mall, I called him to inquire about the steps I had to take when I wanted to return to the dealership. I did leave a message, and promptly returned my call. He explained the steps and sent a link to my phone, for when I was ready to return I could call a Lyft.
When I was ready, I sent a text for an Lyft. Great driver. Upon arrival, Kellen checked me out, and overall Great experience ! Thank you.

Cordial welcome the moment I opened driver door in the service dept. Excellent, attentive "service writer" (esp liked that the young man was wearing a cross necklace). I was impressed the beautiful young woman at the showroom front entrance came to me and greeted me when I entered the showroom from the service area.

I would avoid going here if at all possible. They will add an additional $900 to a purchase for a non-negotiable anti theft device along with the normal dealer fees. Additionally I would not work with Kevin, we are told 2 separate lies to try to soften a difficult situation (3rd in line waited 4.5 hours). Overall very bad experience.

Holman runs a tight ship! I bought a used Odyssey with 117000 in Denver area. Timing Belt Package had not been done. Most of the previous maintenance was done at Kuni, then Holman. Day after purchase had the TB Package done, Transmission serviced and one motor mount replaced when discovered cracked. Kellan is EXCELLENT in communication. I'm 100 percent satisfied and thinking I might have to drive to Denver from New Mexico to get my car serviced at Holman : )

I went there for a scheduled service appointment at 1030 AM. I was told it could take around couple of hours and I did request if they can finish off in that time.
I checked at 1215 PM to see if they are able to finish on time or not. They told me they have not even started yet since main shop team is short staffed.
I took my car back since they had not even started. What was the point of taking time slot for service appointment when you guys don’t even start service even 90 mins after scheduled time.
Total waste of time for me. My advise is to find some other place for car service.

Ashley made this an easy, stress-free experience. We really appreciated her calm approach over the pushy and aggressive approach one sees sometimes at other dealerships (cough, Autonation Toyota, cough, cough). Ashley's text communications in advance of our visit were exactly what I needed. In person, Ashley was very knowledgeable about the CR-V Hybrid and other Honda vehicles. She helped us compare vehicle attributes and weigh options. She provided excellent, professional customer service and made our buying experience quick and easy. I am hoping that Holman continues to hire professionals like Ashley and I'll be returning to Holman!

This was a highly stressful experience--such that gives car salesmen bad reputations. My lease was to be up at the end of November, so I was sent a letter in July offering an OK deal, and then another letter in August offering an even better deal. So I decided it was time to check it out at your dealership, where I spent 4 hours on 8/19 waiting and in negotiations--during which I was told that my monthly payment would be $255/month more than offered in the letter. I'm sorry to say that I was extremely frustrated and exhausted and lost my temper, even threatening to take Holman to court. I was turning in a car with fewer than 25,000 miles and no damage. In the end, the agreement stated in the August letter was honored, for which I am very satisfied. But getting to that point was most unpleasant. The Finance person (Jerry) was very efficient and handled the paperwork in a timely manner. After this experience, I will be going to Mile High Honda for service. Drove down from Thornton, had an awful experience with AutoNation Honda on 104th. Made an appointment online got there on time and William took it off my hands. Super easy, I had a great experience buying the car so it makes sense I would have a similar experience servicing the car.

When you get to this used & new car dealership, be sure you ask for Jeremy, Finance Manager! We had a bead on a used CR-V at this dealership. We were planning on financing thru Canvas Credit Union. Bringing over the paperwork, Canvas for a used vehicle quoted us ~7.6%. When they did 3 credit checks on us for this ONE vehicle, our great credit brought them to the decision to jack up the rate for this vehicle to ~13.3% !
Fortunately, Jeremy already had in his hip pocket another Credit Union who approved us for 7.2%!!! Of course, when we upgrade to another Honda in the future, Jeremy will be the first one we contact, and, should we need credit, Canvas will be the last one we'd contact.-SG
