Manager was very rude. I asked for a price and she said they are marked. I showed her they were not marked and her response was they should be. Then I said she should treat customers with more respect and her response…I do t have to do anything. Rude!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never give my business to any Joann's again! Placed an order for pick up November 27 and still haven't received 2/3 of it

I wouldn’t go to this store today. The in store manager isn’t interested in helping customers or making sales. I asked for help she sent a girl that er who doesn’t know the department and when the girl asked her a question she replied “I don’t know.” Then she got off her register looked at me and walked away instead of coming over and trying to help an obviously new employee help a customer. I bought my 1 item and told the cashier I will finish my shopping elsewhere.

I love JoAnn Fabrics, but not today. Almost everything on my list to buy- sale items as well as regular priced items- was out of stock or not carried- primarily in painting department. You lost out on a significant amount of sales today.

I love this store. Their staff is always helpful and today the cashier went out of her way to help me out. They stock more items than any other store I go too.

I used to love this location but an older woman with long grey hair at cut counter was coughing and sneezing on my fabric I mentioned it to her that it was gross if she would wait or get a kleenex or something and she started swearing at me!!! I left. Never returned again!!! Disgust.

Not sure what their actual hours are on Saturday, but doors were closed and lights were off at 5:50 pm .... Staff were exiting and waving customers away.

Kind of scammy. I consistently have items ring up for more than the price marked on the shelf, and have specials seemingly intentionally mismarked, as it happens too often to be an accident. Example: thread marked "buy 3, get 1 free" rang up as 4 full price items because "those ones are buy 5 get 3 free". I should stop shopping here.

Had a terrible experience at the fabric cutting table, my first time in so I didn't know I had to pull a ticket and after waiting in line they skipped me and I asked why and they were very condescending and snarky about it and as I said it was my first time coming into your store or buying anything fabric related, was not impressed with the experience here.

was ok except the selection was awful, also an old lady that works here was super rude. like very rude. asked for help and she disrespectfully yelled back saying "i'm counting". I thought to even get a job you have to multi task. i'm all for elderly working until s*** like this happens. train them better or don't hire them.

Jo-Ann fabrics was fantastic. The manager came out and spoke to us and gave us an extra coupon because we served in the US Navy.
