Nice folks, incredibly stocked store with tons of bikes and bike parts. They even have a warehouse somewhere across the street. I called them about a hard to find cassette when I was already on the way to the shop, and they fetched it from the warehouse by the time I arrived. It was really nice to have the part the same day and not have to order online!

Brought in a tire for air, told them it was tubeless and he over inflated the tire until it blew off the wheel. He had nothing to say, handed me the tire and wheel. Why would I bring in a bike if they can't work on a tire? Prices are not very good, you can get things much cheaper online.

These guys are the best! Just had my 2-year old bike destroyed from a rear end car accident recently. I was not planning on purchasing another bike so soon, but there’s still a lot of riding season left. Drew helped me pick out another Liv bike that had all the upgraded components that I was looking for and they happened to have just that bike in their shop and in my size (XS)! They were great in putting it together quickly and transferring some of my gear from the old bike to the new. Not only that, they delivered the bike to my house as I had no way of bringing it home since my car was damaged in the accident as well. Huge thank you to Drew and the guys at the shop, like Ian and Ben! I highly recommend them!

Great experience purchasing a bike, I highly recommend. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Helped me get a bike fitted, purchased, and installed all the accessories late on a Friday. Amazing customer service, I'll be back.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. One of the best customer experiences I have had with any business recently. The owner Drew should be writing a book on how to deliver the best experience for customers. Literally every single person I dealt with was amazing. I was in the market for an electric mountain bike. They spent over an hour with me talking through it and then let me try multiple bikes at their location. I called with questions later that week and they helped again. I was in between frame sizes and just couldn't decide... they offered up letting me take the bike home to try it out for the weekend. I couldn't believe it... I ended up buying the bike and will now be a loyal customer from here on out.

The place for Giant and Liv bicycles as well as most parts you might need-nice to have this store in our region! This shop offers a good selection of these bicycles along with helpful and friendly staff. It reminded me of a neighborhood bicycle shop. I am shopping for a bike and wanted to try a certain Liv. There is a nice office park area to test ride a bike with little traffic and bike lanes over plenty of roads. And the tax rate here is only 6.75%. A very large selection of bicycle bells and lights!

Can't speak on behalf of the mechanics, but I will say the shop has a large variety of pedals, bar tape, accessories, and other equipment. Service was helpful and I had a pleseant experience in the shop.

Just picked up an ebike that Ben and all the staff helped me pre-ordered last year. With all the Pandemic issues of inventory & shipping, you guys kept me well informed of the status of my order. Well worth the wait!!! Once we picked up the bike, Ben and the guys were very enthusiastic & helpful. And, Happy to see they were loaded with accessories to choose from. Wish the Giant Retailers in NM were as helpful. Thank you guys again for everything!

My son and I are trying a new hobby, mountain biking. I decided we'd better get some helmets so we stopped in Giant of Centennial and was quickly greated by Ian, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about which helmets were best for us.We went trail riding right after we left the store and the helmets fit correctly and were well ventilated.The great customer service and product selection ensures we will be back.Thanks, Ian. Great job!

Super nice place & very professional people. They fixed 2 of my bikes quickly at an affordable price. Many cool gadgets there for the bikes and there is a big annual sale going on right now. I got a set of cool bike tools and they are 30%off.

Best bike tool selection in town by far. I've recently started getting into cycling and doing my own maintenance and repair. It feels like everything needs a specialty tool. Luckily the folks at Giant of Centennial do a great job stocking bike tools, and not just general purpose stuff. They had probably 95% of everything I needed. That and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I can't recommend them enough for bike tools, accessories, and customer service.

Had a great experience here getting fitted for and purchasing a new bike in August 2020. As a mountain biker looking for a road/gravel bike for the first time, I had a lot of questions, and many of them were probably dumb questions. Drew was not just patient, but went way above and beyond in his explanations and advice. Two mechanics were also very friendly and helpful in explaining the features on this bike. On top of all this, the shop was taking COVID-19 protective measures very seriously. I will definitely be going back here for my cycling needs.UPDATE February 2022. Got a tune-up and some other service done here and the work was spectacular. The shop was very responsive by email which I appreciated. And the service turnaround was fast. Even if I were not riding Giant, this would still be my go-to shop.

I came in and was looking for a new mountain bike. I was greeted by friendly staff and they helped me find the perfect bike! When I came back to pick up the bike a few days later they spent an hour fitting the bike and making sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend getting a bike here!
