I worked with Mark recently to add home insurance to my auto policy. He very patiently walked me through every line item for home insurance and helped me find the right policy options for me. He saved me about $500 in the process, as well as a decent amount on my auto insurance. Mark is always super responsive, he got back to my phone calls generally within an hour and emails somehow within 30m. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for home or auto insurance.

I got an online quote for renter's insurance from Farmers and shortly after received a phone call from Mark asking about our needs and if we wanted to bundle with auto insurance for a better rate. At the time we weren't shopping for auto insurance but I agreed to see what kind of bundle he could offer. I made it clear that I was looking for the best rate and I may turn him down and he was very nice and professional. With Mark's help we were able to switch both our auto and renters insurance and we are now saving so much money- with better coverage! Mark is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions (I had a lot) while we were on the phone. He was honest with his answers and gave suggestions when I asked for them. He is available by email, phone, or text and always responds quickly. He is professional, personable, and great at what he does. I am very happy we connected with Mark! Our car and our belongings are now safe and insured thanks to Mark, and it's nice to know that if I ever needed help, I could call someone I trust instead of calling a 1-800 number or using an app to chat with a bot.

Mark was great to work with! He was very flexible and was able to help set up my quote through text throughout my busy work day and was able to meet with me via phone around my very tough work schedule. He was very respectful of my time and made the process very quick and easy! Additionally he was very knowledgeable about the coverages offered and was able to answer all my questions. He also was able to find me a great rate (cheaper than my current company) while meeting all my coverage needs. I would highly recommend to everyone!!

Mark is hands down incredible. Not only does he get the job done and deliver quickly, he is genuinely customer centric. Just one conversation with Mark and you will see that he focuses on taking care of his customers and building long term relationships instead of just trying to make a sale. Of course he saved me money, but more importantly - he saved me a lot of time by sacrificing his time working around my busy schedule when I needed it most. He took a call for me at 9pm at night instead of waiting until the next morning just to get the job done and save me the headache of spending another day searching for insurance. Everyone looking for insurance should definitely give him the opportunity to help. You won’t regret having a conversation with him. I’ve talked to many agents with many insurance companies over the years and I definitely have to say he is the best of the best by far. Thank you again, Mark!
