In my quest to get into better shape I wanted to give CrossFit a try and am so glad that I did. I love it! In the short 4 weeks that I have been doing it, I can notice a big difference in my strength and endurance. There are times when I look at the workout board and get a little worried that I won't be able to complete it, BUT I DO! I have Coach Dan to THANK for that! I love the personalized attention and expert instruction he gives and he is a great motivator and cheerleader. CrossFit is helping me attain my fitness goals, but be careful..it is addicting. :)

To long a time behind a desk without a regular workout routine... and I became significantly overweight. My Doctor advised me that I needed to do something and he recommended Coach Dan. Coach was upfront that Cross fit is not a quick fix and is a slow a steady process and that we will workout all of your body...not just my big gut. After 10 months, I am dedicated to cross fit with Coach Dan and am looking forward to my annual physical.

Went in middle-aged and unfit. Over a year later I'm even more middle-aged but in much, much, better physical condition. This is a gym with an adult attitude about training that is attended by hard-working people of all shapes and sizes. If you are willing to make the effort, Dan will help you attain your goals. And he'll help you do it without getting hurt.
