I am loving CrossFit Crush 70% just because they treat me like family and the rest because of the awesome coaches ! When you know you are at convenient environment to give you the best mental state , even with little effort from your side like just bringing your self to the gym can make you do wonders to progress yourself with respect to mental health, physical health, stress management, anger management, better food habits and more over STRETCHING LIPS BIT FURTHER DOWN to see your smile/laugh from your true self. Once you start here and become a part of this “family of fitness”, trust me you don’t want to go back at all. People here are the best and thats how you will be treated as well , like you are the best for bringing yourself here to trust the program to progress you !! Solid workouts for all levels. Fun and supportive community. Knowledgeable and attentive coaches. I would recommend all levels and ages. My 15 yo son who first tried it 3 years ago swears Crush is where he fell in love with fitness. If youre reading this because youve been thinking about trying CrossFit, I would 100% recommend CrossFit Crush.

Fantastic place for a hard but great workout! You'll start seeing results almost immediately if you stick to what they teach and have proper form! I love the community aspect of it and how there are the partner workouts on Thursdays to get you to meet new people! All the coaches are so nice and fun to be around they really know how to create a fun environment for the difficult workouts!!!! I love that they also do out of the gym activities: hikes, runs, completions they even invite you to their house for BBQs and that's above and beyond any gym I've ever been to!

Was nervous to get back into crossfit after years of not doing it. The community is beyond welcoming and energetic (even at 5 a.m). Coaches are knowledgeable and invested in your personal goals which is always great to have. I now wake up excited everyday to get in the gym and get the work done and seeing the results. 100/100 would recommend coming to Crush if you've ever thought of testing out crossfit, you won't regret!

Tl;dr: fun workouts with supportive coaches. The people that come here are the best, they'll push you to work hard while cheering you on.I joined this gym 2 years ago after going on a hike with friends that I was barely able to finish. I knew I had to do something drastic after having a baby and leading an inactive lifestyle in my 30s. I liked the coaches and people and decided 3 days a week was the right pace for me.At the end of 2022 I fell into a depression due to a family issue. I decided to finally listen to Travis and go to the gym 5 days a week for my mental health. 8 months in, I can confidently say that was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have seen physical improvements, but I'm most excited about my mindset. I am more optimistic, less anxious, and have a much better life/work balance. My kids know that workouts are part of our routine and love when they can participate.This gym keeps my mental health strong, challenges me physically, and has the best coaches and people. If this story resonates with you, I hope you'll give this place a try. I'm so glad I did!

This place is great. I have been going for two weeks now and have felt so welcome and supported. The coaches truly know how to support their athletes and get the best out of them each time.There are a multitude of classes offered throughout the week that support different schedules. The price is more than reasonable if you take full advantage of the classes offered.All of the athletes in the classes have been really supportive, patient, kind, and motivating to someone like me that is not in shape at all.If you are looking for an inclusive, supportive, and motivating gym, this place is awesome.

I am not a review type of person but this place absolutely deserves it! I have been doing CrossFit for almost 8 years now, have been to a number of gyms and coach part time whenever I am home. That being said, this gym has impressed me immensely. The moment I walked in the coaches and members took the time to introduce me and learn my name. Everyone was very friendly and inviting, all alongside having an expert coaching eye throughout the classes. The programming was some of the most fun I've done in awhile. Challenging WODs both mentally and physically. If you're looking for a new box or wanting to try out CrossFit for the first time, then please give this place a try! It will not disappoint! Thank you to the Coaches and members that welcomed me in for my home away for home for 3 months. I will be back!

I have so much enjoyed my time at CrossFit crush. The workouts are dynamic, challenging, and I always feel the support and knowledge of my coaches. The gym itself it's extremely open, has all the equipment one could need. I am thrilled to be part of this community.

This is truly an awesome and unique fitness center and gym. I highly recommend it to anyone. Not only do they offer personal training but they provide group fitness classes that are like no other gym I've ever been to!!

I love this place. Been working out at gyms for over 40 years and it was getting stale. CrossFit crush has totally reinvigorated me. I’m now completely engaged in a way I have not been in the last 20 years. And even as an older athlete, everything and everyone works hard to accommodate my needs. Can’t recommend this enough.
