Super clean store! ? Way nicer than the yucky mall one. The whole staff was good and friendly. Phineas was very helpful and kind! He showed me candles I liked and helped me decide which lotions to get when I was struggling to pick and answered all my questions. Super knowledgeable!!! This is my new go-to Bath&Body

I prefer shopping at this Bath and Body Works instead of the one inside the mall. It is way less crowded and has a huge selection of items during sales as well as other times of the year. Skip the craziness of the mall and shop here.

The ladies who work here are just the best. I came in VERY last minute tonight, maybe ten minutes before close, but they helped me find exactly what I needed. They even were able to suggest a replacement when the scent I wanted was out. Turns out, I like this new scent better than the one I originally wanted! Really glad I went to this Bath and Body Works.

Incredible ladies work here! They were helpful but not clingy or annoying. Best thing is, they pointed out all the amazing deals, ones I would have missed, they gave advice on mixing scents from season to season, they were just incredible. I went in with my best friend, we were already in a good mood, but after visiting here, we felt like we left a private party. Best location I've been to... ever.

Great new location outside the mall. Easy to get to, avoid the crowds and get in and out a lot easier, big store too!

Long story short, staff at this Ridgeland, MS, location said I could not use my "offer" and "birthday reward" (both in the app and both for a free item) in the same transaction, so I tried to use them in separate transactions. The wrong offer was applied to the wrong item in the first transaction. Instead of resolving this issue, an associate who was brought over to help implied that I lied about having 2 coupons in the first place, and I left with only 1 free item. Surprisingly poor customer service and staff experience with the app. After I left, I called Customer Care for a resolution, and the rep took care of me with no hesitation.
