Travel services are virtually non-existent. I was trying to book trip to Europe. They don't book international flights if you don't buy one of their packages. Apparently, they don't book ground and they don't book most hotels. Prices are inflated. "Premier" membership is worthless. Another thing... I don't know why they sell insurance. I would never trust my insurance needs to them. AAA, and this office, used to be much, much better.

My wife has been walking to work because her car was damaged by a AAA Colorado technician's improper battery installation. The dealer -- Mile High Honda -- has quoted nearly $1,000 for the repair. We submitted a claim to AAA. A week passed. We call and call but keep getting passed around. No one wants to talk about the issue. We finally receive a passive-aggressive voicemail from a AAA Colorado rep saying that, after a week of waiting, the investigation into her claim hasn't begun. There was also a vaguely threatening language that she needs to respond in a timely manner or ... tough luck. "We need you to fill out some forms before we can begin the investigation." When were they going to tell us? I'm guessing they were stalling ... hoping we'd just go away. We submitted the paperwork. Then, a total of two weeks had passed. We call again to see what is going on. We are told "they" will speak with Pacesetter Roadside Assistance, the company who installed the battery. What have they been doing in the mean time?We finally get an answer ... the folks at Pacesetter say that they installed the battery correctly so ... they will not be helping us with the damage. That's it? "We didn't do it." To our knowledge, no one from AAA Colorado spoke with the service department at Mile High Honda to get their side of the story. There was a time when AAA was a trusted, comforting travel partner. No more. AAA Colorado let us down. After decades of membership fees paid, and recommending AAA unreservedly ... we've been left with no choice but to drop them. We will continue to steer people away ... from what has become a scam.

Delvin helped us with our flat on the busy hwy...and transported us and the car to the repair shop. Delvin was truly amazing and we cannot say enough wonderful things about him. I hope AAA East Metro knows how lucky they are to have him. Thank you Delvin for being so nice...so friendly...just fantastic!!!!

They always give you a hard time when I need a tow. Both times, the tow truck drivers had an attitude for a service that Ive already paid for. They need better tow truck drivers that are more professional and empathetic especially when a customer is broken down on the side of the road.

Welcome to a Scam.We have been members for some time and the one time i needed to get a tow, 90 degrees at 3pm and it took them over 2 hours to arrive. Traffic might add an extra half hour and at No fault of the driver for he was sent to Boulder then Castle Rock before my South Denver service.AAA failed me and i hope this review prevents anyone else from wasting there time and Money. Please note I am a positive reviewer the majority of the time but i couldn't hold this one back.

I'm not a member. My friend, who is of 85 years of age, is a member. He's done business with AAA for years now. Today at around 10AM, on his way back from his morning routine, his car tells him battery's dead. He calls 3 different customer Representatives, in a span of 3 hours, all telling him that someone would be out there to assist with 30-40 minutes. He has sunburn that is very clear on his arm from sitting in that car. His kin is very sensitive so it's more then obvious something happened. 3 hours he had to wait in that hot car. And to top it off, he still had to pay 200 and some odd dollars for the battery. What's won't there. Someone needs to keep your reps in check. 3 different people 3 hours in the heat.

Worked with Hilaria Davis. She said she would do some research for an upcoming trip and get back to me. She never did, and when I emailed her to see what she had found, auto-email said she was out of the office for the next three weeks. Her email redirected me to a Grand Junction agent who is obviously too far away to meet. She directed me to another agent who is also out of the office for weeks. As a member, I have received nothing but a runaround and 0 service.

Worst service ever. Called for a tire change at 11:20 pm and 3 hours later no service. Stranded in my car at 2:06 in the morning called to check status and was told it will be another half an hour..WTF
