Sometimes I go there and they are very helpful but other times they are rude and dismissive. I had a problem loading websites on my phone. The rep grabbed my phone, pushed a few buttons and said "your phone is fine, there's nothing wrong with your phone." But there was an issue he was just too impatient to help.

I believe Chris helped my boyfriend and I, and he got us the best price possible thanks Chris and I would recommend anyone see him at Xfinity. We will probably be switching our phones soon as well because of his excellent customer service!
