Recently I took my child to be seen at this location. Our appointment started out fine when the nurse came in. Then the provider came in everything something seemed off. She was not kind, approachable or friendly. She didn't build a rapport with us at all. She'd ask a question then, not let us speak. She demanded & insisted my child take medicine that a specialist told her she could never take again in her life because, it could cause severe nose bleeds. I the parent already explained this politely before she started being aggressive. We weren't even greeted with a hello. She just began getting very handsy with my child & wouldn't speak to us. This provider starting stroking my child in long strokes up & down the back in a fast motion. My child was pulling away & I asked her to stop it immediately. You don't pet & stroke any child in an exam ever! She had the audacity to not take her stethoscope off & continue to do this to my child & then shh'd me. She put her hand down to not let us speak the entire time we were in the exam room. Talk about a strange experience. Last time I checked a doctor patient visit meant professional communication to treat an illness or concern. I had to raise my voice & ask her to take her hands off my child & back away. She looked like she was going to physically assault one of us. I put my child behind me & said we're out of here. You don't treat anyone this way. I asked for her name & supervisor's name. She refused to give that to me & told us to go. This level of disrespect & aggressive behavior is something no child or parent should ever be subjected to. This is a new face to us at this clinic as we have never had anything like this happen here before ever. We've been going to this location for years. After this experience we will not be returning. I discovered this provider's name is "Cristina". This lady does not belong in a position of trust or near children. In fact NO MEANS NO period... not an ok to harm a child and not back off when a parent asks you to. This lady could stand an anger management class & guidance on working with the public along with a how to on basic human decency. If you have children I'd recommend not booking an appointment with this provider. My child left in fear & shock. Little clinic we are beyond disappointed that someone like this is employed with you.

I DO NOT recommend this clinic!! My daughter went there yesterday due to severe tonsil pain, swollen glands and a fever. After giving her a quick strep test and Covid test (which were both negative) they told her she was fine and to take some Tylenol for pain management. This was after my daughter had explained how sick she had been feeling for the past week and that her pain level was very high (she couldn't eat or drink due to how swollen her tonsils were) . Her lymph nodes on the side of her neck (which they never checked or felt) were the size of eggs. Fast forward to the evening when she was in so much pain she was crying- loaded her up and went to 20 Mile Urgent Care in Parker and within 2 mins of evaluating her and LISTENING to her symptoms they did a quick mono test which came back positive! She is now on prednisone and an antibiotic. I know that not everything can be correctly diagnosed but I truly believe if they had done a proper assessment and listened to her- they would have diagnosed her correctly. Save your time and money and go somewhere else - we won't be back.

I will honestly say the receptionist was totally cool.BUT my not so happy experience with one of the providers there did not settle good with my good side. Trying to basically push the HVP vax on my child when she was there for ONLY a sport physical, and then immediately telling me in front of my child that she's too short and needs hormone therapy (when she already has a complex of being teased). Sorry, I'm not altering my child's growth with chemicals/meds when she is a very active child, constantly plays outdoors and has no underlying health issues at all. And we have short people in our family!So next time I have to go there I'm hoping I don't go when this particular provider is there!

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other's time. We arrived early per the text message and email asked of us. We waiting an hour exactly to bee seen. 45mins exactly passed our scheduled appointment time. Never plan to come back nor refer anyone here. Highly disappointment!

Do not recommend coming here Received the worst treatment todayMade a appointment and the blond woman working had the worst attitude and she refused to help in anyway she didn’t bother running my insurance just saying no claimed to have but I never gave my information then stated she couldn’t do anything to help and said there is an urgent care a cross the street when I’ve never had problems before when the blond guy works09/27/23

The Little Clinic is the FREAKING worst place to get help!! I called 12 different Little Clinic's multiple times and not a single one clinic answered the phone. I pray they go out of business because they offer nothing to community they service.

This clinic is exactly what I want, particularly for same day needs. The staff has always been wonderful, and I have been much happier with them than with virtual care through my insurance. I would highly recommend.

Avoid at ALL costs. As previous reviewers have stated, there are other options. Use them. These incompetent people called me 20 minutes prior to my appointment time stating "sorry we have to cancel due to our Provider having an emergency". Usually I am quite understanding as emergencies do come up. However, this is the SECOND time this has occurred with this sham of a "medical practice". When I respectfully expressed my frustration, the employee stated "well our Provider just isn't feeling well". Ummm...so you don't have a back up? Nope..just cancel the rest of the patients who have been waiting. Absolutely disgraceful..you should be ashamed of yourself. Especially because this appointment was for my son & you knew that. AVOID..they are negligent and just want to fill their pockets. No provider I have ever worked with left their patients hanging. Deplorable. Zero stars if I could. Ohh..and by the way..the "Provider" felt well enough to enjoy a nice lunch break right before they called me!

Absolutely horrible!! Can not get a hold of anyone in order to get results that were positive in order to get medication. Super frustrating!!

The staff were all very helpful and kind, answered all my questions, and were not judgemental at all. I'm very pleased to have driven 40 minutes in the snow for such a pleasant experience. Thank you for making my miserable sick week a bit better. :)

I’ve never been refused service? My experience has always been Top Shelf awesome - Professional, Courteous and Organized. At the risk of adding to the clientele making it harder to get an appointment for myself… try The Little Clinic. You won’t be disappointed.
