“I went to the Windsor Castle Rock location earlier tonight looking for a dress for my husband's office Christmas party and was blown away by their customer service. The girls working there were very helpful, showing me different options and styles that would be appropriate for the Christmas party dress code. All the dresses were really lovely, but I was stuck between two options. Once again the girls there were positively amazing and helped me come to my final decision of a lovely long satin green dress for the party. Now that I'm home and I've even tried the dress on at home I'm extremely happy with the choice! I want to give a big shout-out and thank you to Aly, Sibria, and Emily! I asked their names before I left because their helpfulness was out of this world. From the moment these girls greeted me as I walked into the store and for all of their help while juggling other customers, they were fabulous. I 100% recommend going to this location!”

“The salesman talked a lot, when we asked him to leave the shoes I was trying on he ignored us and put them away anyways. Kept giving his input on everything it seemed, and it was not welcomed. Every answer was a long explanation. Instead, clear and concise information. One of the few stores that is clean in this outlet place, but probably won't be back. Nice shoe selection for the most part.”

“Great service with a smile. I first ordered a pair of Bob's online through Sketchers. They didn't fit and I returned them to the Outlet store for the correct size. When the clerk helped me in getting the correct new size, I didn't realized that they were no longer wide. I returned yesterday to get the same size, but in a wide and dreaded having to explain what had happened this time. But, Ean was more than friendly and helpful. Even when I couldn't find a wide size, he went out of his way to go hunt one for me. I couldn't have been more thrilled to finally walk out of the store with my favorite sneaker in the perfect size, all thanks to Ean! Thank you Ean for making my day!”

“I ventured down to the outlets to get a jacket from Columbia for my nephew who lives in Georgia. He saw my white fleece Columbia jacket when I was home sfor the holidays o I decided that I would get him one. I was fortunate on the day that I went in that the store was busy but there was a big sale and I not only bought him a jacket I bought another for me in a different color. My friend that I was with bought 2 jackets for herself. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend.”

“for being the outlets @ castle rock, I was a little disappointed in their lack of variety/selection, especially for women's clothes & stuff. however, they DID have a bunch of racks full of stuff for 50% off or buy 1 get 1 free.. which definitely makes it a little more affordable to shop there, considering the prices are already kinda high... but it's good quality stuff, they've got some of the best clothing brands & by far my favorite store. skaters: 10/10 would recommend their boards, & all the stuff they carry for them. skate or longboards.”
