Second time my wife took a car here and they told her thousands of dollars to fix it. I took it to another shop and none of the things they claimed were broken. I want my diagnostic fee back, but the general manager has been on vacation for the month of February. Or just won't return a phone call and rarely in the office. I'd give them a 0 star but can't. Do not take your car here!

Amazing service and honest integrity second time going here, first for ignition switch second an oil leak.. Want to say thank you to the mechanics and the proprietor especially when getting your car fixed already makes u feel uneasy. Want to say thank you again and again you guys have my trust and all my car issues. 10/10

Great customer service! I go to this shop because they do good work but also because of their great customer service. Recently I brought my car in for an oil leak, which turned out to be a bad gasket. They fixed the issue and replaced the oil at no charge because they said they had done the last oil change. They could have easily said it was an unrelated issue and charged me, and really there is no way of knowing. This type of character is what will bring me back to this shop.

I would never bring my vehicle here again. We read such great reviews so tried them out for a repair we needed. No disclosure of the $155 diagnostic fee just to have it looked at, and when we approved the work, no one called us to discuss the parts needed (a simple wheel bearing for a ford f-150) and timing, which ended up being the following day. If I wasn’t calling multiple times I would have never been informed until late in the day. The lack of communication led to us scrambling to make arrangements for school and work and when I asked for a discount for the hassle, Sean said they could drop the total by $100 but only $75 discount was applied when he texted the bill. Wow! I just paid so we could get our truck and leave, but terribly disappointed by the lack of communication and lack of making it right to earn our business back.

They are respectful of your time and return the car when they advised it would be ready. They offer shuttle service (within X miles from location). And if you choose to stay while your car is being repaired they have good music, comfortable chairs and a strong wifi connection.

They were extremely nice, but their estimates were extremely confusing and very expensive. I ended up taking my vehicle to another garage. Christian Brothers did waive my diagnostic fee and were very nice throughout the process. I feel they are extremely expensive and are very aggressive in over selling services.

The team at Christian Brothers Castle Rock are amazing! My jeep Cherokee kept throwing a 0303 misfire code and they tried their best to find the issues causing it. My car became well known at their establishment as the code kept popping up even after we had test after test run. I was starting to lose hope that we wouldn’t be able to find solution. My car is a daily commuter for my job and I have to have it work in order to work myself. Without it I have to borrow a loner car which barely works itself and makes my personal life stressful.Just recently after another bout of the same code- Chase found some issues that we were unaware of from a previous “fix” at a different establishment, one’s that were not fixed properly and were held together by a zip tie and electrical tape. Chase and the team at Christian Brothers fixed the broken parts and got my car back to me quickly!I am forever grateful and thankful to everyone in the shop & the front desk- this establishment will be the only one we use from now on!!! I'm very impressed with CB's detailed evaluation of my vehicle. As a new customer I was not expecting such a thorough assessment beyond my reported problems. It's clear that CB wants to earn business by delivering value "up front." I intend to use CB's services in the future.

Having worked as a service advisor at multiple dealerships, I know the difficulties of chain reactions dealing with manufacturers. Unfortunately, I had extenuating financial circumstances that CBA graciously understood. Not only did they help during a 'parts strike' but that stayed in communication with me, and even hand wrote a note and put it in my car before I drove off.Everything felt more than professional. I'd say it felt like a family. From the way the phones were answered, to the personal greeting when I walked in. I felt heard and valued.Thanks again, CBA!

High quality service. Honest and courteous. They accidentally misquoted an add-on service they suggested I needed. I declined several of these suggested services digitally with no hassle. Later, I budgeted for them a couple at a time. Went in several months later and was told it would cost a lot nore than I planned for (as per previous quote). I DID NOT expect it, but they honored their significantly lower than accurate quote for the service.I am certain it was worth the cost- I just didn't budget for it at the time.They go above and beyond to genuinely take care of their customers. Service was done well and with kindness despite my unintentional deep discount.

My experience was all around wonderful! From the first call to set an appointment, getting me in so fast, the work on my vehicle, a car service home and picking it up the next day was top notch! I needed a simple fix to pass emissions test… just a fuse the tech at Colorado emissions told me. Got an appointment at CBA for two days later at 7:00 am. Picked up the car at 2:30 and went back to emissions test. Failed again: same issue. Back to CBA and after another 45 minutes was told it is fixed.Good news: passed the test third time. Interesting that the official at Colorado emissions was shocked that I was charged $310 at CBA so no charge for the passed test.Service: Exhaust

Came in for AC service. They found a couple of issues, they brought it to my attention. They worked with on prices. My Cadillac cts is running so much better. I will definitely be going back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
