I have been coming here since they opened. I'm a longtime local born and raised. I took my dog here today for a bath. The young woman with yellow glasses and the young man with blue glasses were incredibly helpful and nice. Then came time to pay and return an item that was purchased there a week ago that I ended up not needing. I had a $10 discount because we frequent this establishment and choose to support local. Another older woman who was training the young man with blue glasses came up to assist. She was incredibly rude and short with the trainee and myself. Long story short I'm extremely annoyed bc the dog wash was sub par and the woman implied to the trainee that I had no proof of even purchasing the item there. Like I was trying to pull a fast one. Just irritating being questioned when you've been a long time customer. Felt bad for the guy too... very awkward situation. Not sure I'll be back.

WOW, we love this place! Such a knowledgeable owner and staff. Victoria helped us with nutritional support for our aging pup. Highly recommend Paddywacks for ALL your pet needs. They have everything for all pets.

We were visiting the area and I needed some pet supplies. I went in this business and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was much larger than I originally thought, well stocked and organized. What a great place! Has everything you need and I was impressed!

Great pet supply store! Being from out of town, we needed some treats for our dog so he’d have energy on the hiking trails. A store employee helped me with number of options and I picked out a few to bring along. Our pup had plenty of energy from the treats we got.
