So the girl with dark hair was just really rude to me for really no reason the whole transaction was just really uncomfortable so I will be driving the extra few miles to go to the Florence location which really sucks because all other times the staff have been very friendly

While you were trying to play the victim on social media... retracting statements, changing stories provided... well worth my money. More entertaining than any movie with popcorn and a box of "bunch of crunch" I could have went and seen for that value.??????????? I need 2 hands to count the customers you lost that day, im sure you "don't care", its more than obvious that minimal care is given? cheers??

Literally just bought 2 moti vapes and both of them stopped working as soon as we walked out of the door door. And the manager will not do anything about it. They do this in the Florence store as well. I will be changing my business

The family that owns this place will treat you like family! It’s nice to go into a business and feel welcomed and informed. I was in need of a vape because mine wasn’t working. The recommendation they gave me was perfect. 10 out of 10!

All their snacks and drinks are expired. Donuts, cookies, candy bars, even their soda. We stopped in for cigs and snacks for movie night. Started eating/drinking and it all tasted off. Chocolate candy bars (all of them) were so old they turned white. Soda, no fizz when opening, flat tasting. We checked the dates and ALL items expired by 2 mnths or more. Check your dates so no one gets sick!UPDATE: Thanks for the reply and for being honest (most owners would deny and become offensive) and for fixing the problem. Its refreshing to see you guys truly care. No further action is needed, as you handle this properly and we are happy to remain customers. Also changed my rating to 5 stars.
