“All appliances give up the ghost at some point..after 17 years, my Kenmore Elite died 2 days before Thanksgiving, 2023.
Ryan at Dryden’s had just what I wanted, a Speed Queen Commercial Heavy Duty front loader (the best in my opinion). He and Logan delivered and installed it promptly the very next day. Courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
The machine ended up with a manufacturer defect and with Ryan’s support and Wright’s Appliances trying everything, the defect couldn’t be fixed.
Ryan diligently stayed on top of the Speed Queen rep and now a replacement has been delivered and installed.
I highly recommend this small town business that still has integrity, quality and follow-through. You can’t get that at a big box store!”
