Very disappointed, won’t shop there again. Purchased one dozen milk chocolate truffles. When we opened the box, found them old, stale (chalky) and broken. They were handled carefully until we opened the box. Threw them away. Staff was very nice, but they packaged the bad chocolates and sold them to us.

5 Stars: A Duck Out of Water at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!
We meant to post this a couple of months ago.
Just when I thought I’d seen it all, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at Broomfield mall presented us with a scene straight out of a cartoon sketch. Mitch, a brave soul who lost a bet, walked in dressed in a Donald Duck costume so ridiculous, it stopped shoppers in their tracks. The ensemble was complete with bright yellow tights that hugged his legs, massive webbed feet that flopped with every step, and a white, fluffy bottom that shook with his every move.
The staff at Rocky Mountain were quick to join in on the fun, their laughter echoing through the mall as they encouraged Mitch’s antics. The embarrassment was palpable, yet Mitch danced around with a hilarity that only someone wearing a duck bill could muster. It was a performance so cringe-worthy, so utterly duck-tastic, that you couldn't help but laugh along.
Amid the teasing and chuckles, the Rocky Mountain team showed their sweet side by making sure Mitch left with not just a red face but a box of the finest chocolates. Their delightful treats almost made up for the humiliation - almost. It’s not every day you see a man in duck attire buying gourmet chocolates, and it's a sight I'll treasure.
If you're in for a good laugh or a sweet treat (or perhaps both!), Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is the place to be. They surely know how to make a moment both embarrassing and sweet, and for that, they get all the stars in my book. And to Mitch, here's to being an amazing sport; you waddled into our hearts!
They told Mitch to come back again in his silly Donald Duck costume, I hope that is true and it happens!!

I am a frequent shopper of RMCF because what girl doesn't love chocolate right! The service is absolutely amazing and atmosphere is always a nice. But why am I giving 3 stars well recently the last 3 times I have purchased milk chocolate haystack, milk chocolate pb, I get a terrible after taste of gasoline and its a very strong chemical taste I am not sure if it's just these items anyway its very expensive and I can't afford to waste my money tell I absolutely know that I'm going to get a good batch. Other than that I love RMCF they have a wide variety and everything smells and almost always tastes amazing.

Absolutely loved purchasing my moldy apple today! ? The smell was awful opening the bag and after cutting into when I got home, I noticed why. Quality control and freshness is obviously lacking. Consuming mold can make customers extremely sick not to mention is a huge waste of money.
Will not be returning and do not recommend buying from this store front.

Very bad experience today went in at 5:50 pm to buy 2 chocolate apples and the girl at the store was blocking our entrance so we asked are you guys closed so she looked at the cashier and said yea so we asked we can’t buy anything to make sure she said sure that is very unprofessional the closing time is 6 pm never buying here again
