I recently went to Lance Truck and Auto to purchase a Promaster van. I worked with Elijah, and it was a great experience. He was very upfront with what he knew about the vehicle, They also have a mechanics shop right next door to inspect all vehicles that come in. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!
I purchased a truck from here in January for the past 4 months I've been back and forth to the mechanic to fix a whole lot of issues. They gave me a 3 month warranty. All 3 months the so called mechanic they use was useless, dude couldn't figure out what was wrong with truck. SMFH. I'm not the only one who purchased a nightmare from here. If I could I'd give 0 stars

I recently traded in my vehicle here and had the smoothest, greatest experience at lance truck and auto. Steve, Dani and Elijah are all great to work with and made the experience very stress free and are all super friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy! The car is great and they made sure everything was above and beyond with it before sending us off with it. Would highly reccomed coming here for your next vehicle!

I had a really, really good experience down at Lance trucking auto sales Yo, the pricing was phenomenal right up my alley affordable. I drove away right away. The truck ran like a new truck when I took it on a test drive. The tires were good. The radio worked the A. C. Worked very, very impressed. You're about to get down here. And stop paying so much money on federal street.

I buy and sell a lot of cars for myself- and this by far and away was the best experience ever. No pressure sales style. Steve and Elijah are a father and son and they are so chill and transparent with everything around their vehicles and everything related to the sale. They gave me a super fair trade in value for my VW. They also fixed everything on the truck that was wrong with it with the shop next door- evap system problem, broken leaf spring, and Steve even gave me his cost with the mobile paint repair service they use to fix some rusty fenders. I will be looking here and buying here if they have what I need for my fiancé and my mom, that’s how much I trust and appreciate these guys. 1000% sincere review here.

Drove over two hours to PURCHASE a vehicle. The one I was interested in was sold before I could get there. They had another one nearly identical to the one I was originally interested in. Took it out for a test drive and discovered numerous issues with the vehicle. Although Elijah was respectful to the situation, I decided to take my business elsewhere as I was incredibly disappointed in the experience.

Pulled up parked in front of the office and walked around the yard for 15 minutes. Nobody came to talk to me. Had 2 trucks I was interested in but oh well.

This is a terrible place. They sold me a lemon, promised to make it right but never did. I rather die than do business with them again. You will regret stepping foot on their lot. I am still waiting for Mike to contact me with a part that was supposedly going to be in over a month ago

I drove all the way from ABQ, New Mexico to Broomfield for a 2010 Ford transit because the Pictures Video and Price looked amazing. Come to find out the van was completely falsely represented. There were dents and scratches and parts hanging off that were not in the pictures and in the test drive the whole van vibrated and sounded like it was on its last legs and it smelled like something died in it. I am deeply disappointed in this dealership and would never trust them again.
