I was provided excellent customer service. They were very friendly, let me use a loner vehicle and they took care of all the noises my car was making and gave me a pretty good deal. I would highly recommend them.

I first took my 4Runner to Alternative about a year ago after not having great experiences with other mechanics in the area. I have taken it to them for everything I need done since. Everyone in there is super knowledgeable and helpful with diagnosing issues and making the best decisions for your car. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Our daughter's older Outback had a horrible screech coming from the front wheel. The team at Alternative Autoworx fixed the problem. Their diagnostic pointed out other items which we walked through and determined whether they were necessary or not given the age of the vehicle. We will take the vehicle here from now on. Thanks!

Love these guys. I brought my car into 2 shops before hand because my car was pulling to the right and they couldn't figure it out. Instead of throwing more money at it, they diagnosed the issue to being worn control arm bushings and a noisy wheel bearing. After these were replaced the pulling is gone and the car drives amazing. These guys are honest and don't pressure you into doing unnecessary work. I will definitely be coming back here for anymore car issues.

This is the only place I will go to to have my subaru worked on. I've gotten to the point that I trust them so much I don't even question if it needs to be repaired. They don't just try to up fix stuff. They do what needs to be done period.

I spent thousands here. I went without a car for a week because they refused to give me a loaner vehicle. They told me that they would have a loaner car for me and I saw their loaner cars in the lot but they refused to let me use one after they told me on the phone that I could get one. I will not be back.

I have had several excellent experiences with Alternative Autoworx, most recently when I could not get my key out of my subaru impreza's ignition. I had to leave my car in the parking lot with a key in the ignition, locking it from the outside using another key and dropping the key in the drop box. The whole situation felt stressful, as it was a Sunday after hours, and I was uncertain about whether my car would be safe overnight with a key so visible from the window. An employee observed this situation and took the initiative to move the car into the garage so it was secure all night. Even though I did not have an appointment, by 9:00am the next day, the issue was diagnosed, a plan to fix it was in place, an email with a work order and a phone call detailing the issue occurred, and I was able to pick up by that afternoon, less than 24 hours after dropping off. It was incredible service, and I'm so glad to have a mechanic I trust so much.

Awesome, honest people. I went in for an oil change and they found a big issue where the transmission mounts to the engine. Instead of just quoting me a price and scheduling the repair, they advised me to reach out to Subaru to see if there is anything that they could do for me. I found out that there was an extended warranty on the transmission and it was fully covered. Thank you for your honesty and advise, I will definitely continue to use you in the future!

AA is extremely close to me, I've read great reviews on them on Nextdoor, & they have been good to me. Even when I just drop in for advise or help, they're there for me.
