I rented a unit at the facility next door, US Storage. 3 weeks after I rented and paid for it, I went to the unit, with 2 cars full of stuff, only to find out it had someone else’s lock on it. US Storage refused to make it right, so we went next door to StorQuest. Megan was working. We told her what happened and she found a unit for us. It’s smaller and more expensive, but the facility is much nicer and Megan went above and beyond to help us out!!!! While I gave US Storage 0 stars, StorQuest deserves 10/10. Thank you Megan.

I highly recommend StorQuest Storage in Boulder! The costumer service was 10/10 and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They made my move and storing experience very easy and enjoyable.

BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT STORE HERE. Once you move in, and you’re now moved on-out of state, they wait a few months THEN THEY JACK UP THE RENT. They upped our fee 94.27%! I got a small postcard sized thing in the mail with the info it was increasing, it looks like junk mail. They make the font so small that you’ll likely miss it. If you’re on auto-pay and not closely watching and miss this postcard, it’ll all happen automatically. TERRIBLE FORM STOR QUEST. SUPER SHADY
