Always a good experience here. The salespeople are friendly and helpful and have given good tips on how to get the job done right. They are generous and don't try to upsell, for example they once went out of their way to include a sale price which had ended the week before, and another time they were out of the ceiling paint I came in to buy, so they sold me a better quality paint at the same price. They also usually come over to help me carry in my empty cans. And of course the paint is great, much better than whatever was applied previously, and gets good coverage.

Clean store, great staff. They answered all of my questions, and were happy to give me recommendations on the right products for my needs. They didn’t upsell any pointless add-ons, which is always a plus.

A really great clean and spacious store with tremendously helpful and friendly staff. The color matching was perfect and the paint quality is the best that I am aware of.

Awful customer service. Awful. I walked out and took my business to the Valmont location. The guys at this location were beyond friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra 3 minutes for a better overall experience.

George is incredibly knowledgable, patient, and our go-to guy everytime we take on a new painting project. He has helped us out in a pinch numerous times and always gives great advice when it comes to paint applications, gear, etc. I go out of my way to come to this store for his sage wisdom! Also, we are incredibly happy with every SW paint selection we've made. The Emerald line is amazing, whether interior or exterior and love both the sheen, performance, and colors we've selected. With each new project/color selection, we easily find ourselves staring at the newly painted walls somehow in love with a color.

I had the best experience at your store on February 3, 2021. Christopher was able to do a stain match from a five year old stain for the new baseboards I needed to stain the very next day. He did an amazing job and he got it done in time for my project. Then, when I went to the store to pick up the stain, the manager explained exactly how to stain the baseboards and helped me with the correct products. He even told me how to clean the brushes and how to dispose of the paint thinner responsibly. For a novice person approaching a big project with a quick turn around, everyone at the store was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me the confidence I needed to complete my job! I highly recommend the staff and the products at this store.
