Michelle and Allie have created a little haven of goodness in Boulder. I love that this store is more exclusive with their merchandise, it lets you know that if you buy something, you won't see a lot of other woman walking around town wearing the same thing. It is also my go to for gifts. Their staff will assist you in pulling together a beautifully wrapped box of items for any occasion. Highly recommended!

I ordered a leather jacket online here and had the best experience. I reached out to get sizing information and Allie was extremely helpful. I needed to exchange for a larger size and her customer service was so nice and very fast. I will definitely be shopping here in the future!

They carried up to what looked like a size 2 in everything but there was nothing for anyone who was not incredibly petite. I looked at every rack and couldn’t find anything that would fit me (size L). Everything was XS/S with 1 or 2 size M in my half hour searching. When I asked the attendant in the store if they had any larger sizes she shrugged and said what they had is what they had and walked away.-edited to reflect I approached someone for help before “going to the internet”

Love love love the gals in this shop. I get so many lovely gifts here and tell all my friends to visit! Nobody works harder than Michelle & Allie.. We have worked together a few times and every time is see them I leave with a huge smile and amazing energy. 11/10! a go to in Boulder!

Ugh. Ok, so this store does carry great clothes - I'll give them that. Unfortunately, the blonde woman who always seems to be working when I have been there is inept when it comes to customer service. She will give you a cursory glance when you walk through the door, and then will just pretty much ignore you after that. I can never bring myself to buy there because of this, so if I find something I like, I'll just order it online instead. I would suggest training. It's not that hard to smile and just check in with someone every now and then.

Really disappointing first experience here, unfortunately very different from the majority of the reviews I’ve read... Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged, saw a lot of cute items I was interested in, but the staff didn’t offer to help despite being unoccupied. The staff were extremely snooty and did not make me feel welcome at all, but they were more than happy to help the white women who entered the shop after me. Once I made a purchase the blonde lady who rang me out didn’t bother to offer me a receipt for my items, and she dismissed me to start helping other customers before I could even ask. She was very short with me and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth causing me to second guess even making a purchase. I worked retail for years and I know what good customer service looks like and this was not it. I hope in the future, the staff here can do better.

I visited this store this afternoon and was met with very standoffish employees. After browsing for a few minutes we felt we were inconviencing them. We asked for help and we're ignored. Then after asking again we were reluctantly helped. A more welcoming environment would have made me much more willing to shop around and possibly buy something.

Haven employees have always been helpful and very kind. They sell very fashionable pieces from bags, to clothing, to workout wear, and more. I always stop at Haven to grab a gift or something for myself. I love shopping here and always plan on it!

Excellent Customer ServiceI ordered a pair of shoes on Monday, they arrived in OR on Thursday morning! I sent an inquiry via email, it was answered very quickly. I wish that lived in CO so I could shop at Haven in person. Keep up the good work, the retail industry needs more shops like yours!!

Haven is responsible for my most commented on outfits this year. Have a wedding in the mountains and not sure what to wear? Need a fun, new shirt for Christmas party season? This is your local spot. Allie has been incredibly helpful in picking out things for specific events and my body type and also explaining how else it can be worn. Plus they got me addicted to candles.

Beyond awful customer service. Pam and whoever are here.1. Can’t add additional amounts to gift cards.2. Can’t figure out how to work machine.3. Can’t figure out balance of gift card.4. 1 week return policy but vague about Christmas returns.5. Do you have more sizes? No. What about what’s on the display? Don’t know.6. Best part. I asked them if they could add money to a gift card via phone and they said only in store. Meanwhile, see number 1 where they say they can’t even add to a gift card. So why tell me I have to be in person to do it?!Bottom line. The opposite of customer friendly.Note- The response indicates I’d thrown away the gift card. Nope. Had it in store and was simply trying to add value. Also, I’d be plenty happy to give some grace if the associates were friendly and gracious instead of completely unhelpful and rude.
