“We had a desk installed in my office today. Malik and Bishop came in. They couldn't have been more polite. We showed them the area and since the desk was going in right next to me they apologized and warned me they might be loud. I worked the whole time without realizing they were still here. They worked so quietly. So polite and efficient. Will order from BC again.”

“My home burnt down in the Marshall fire. I went to Forma many times as I was planning my rebuild and everyone I interacted with was so kind, helpful and not at all a high pressure sales person. I purchased many items form Forma and they are all of the absolute highest quality, beautiful, comfortable and functional. They were the only company to have everything ready and delivered as planned. Their delivery persons were super respectful of my new home and placed all the furniture and rugs perfectly. Jeannette is an awesome designer. She took so much time to look at my plans, the finishes I selected and my personal taste and made excellent recommendations to help me put the finishing touches on my new home and to make sure my furniture would fit the spaces while my house was still under construction because it didn't yet exist. I can not recommend this company enough. If I ever have to furnish a home again, I would purchase everything here.”

“So Listen.... In a world where a single day ski pass is now past $300 (Vail) its both refreshing and a wonderful surprise to find a ski shop that offers excellent value for money, superb service, friendly professional staff and excellent selection of technical kit- Christy Sports in Boulder hit all those targets and then some! I have had the pleasure of visiting ski shops in several countries and these guys were absolutely top class at every point of my experience: Ryon was super helpful and friendly with me trying to pick the correct skis for rental, and remembered me when I returned and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Greg was an absolute star! Even though I was renting, not buying skis, the man spent at least 45 minutes running me through the finer points for selecting the best skis and poles for my skill level, conditions and the way I enjoy skiing- He was hugely professional, recognised that I was not a beginner, but still gave me super insights that I can and will use in future. Bryce was fantastic with actually helping me select my rentals and was patient and very professional with bringing out several ski options for me to choose from based on the location I was skiing. He regulated the skis expertly and I appreciated his attention to detail with making the release tension slightly lower than what I normally run so that I would be sure that the ski would release easily in case of any emergencies- Tim made the return of the equipment seamless and easy, maximised the value of the rental (which was super appreciated!)and was friendly and helpful throughout... And then Meagan the Manager was superb- She obviously sets a wonderful example for the entire staff and was so friendly, funny, helpful and- like everyone else who worked there that I met- Extremely knowledgeable about the kit in the store and steered me into a really fantastic purchase of a new Cotopaxi midlayer at a really competitive price... They were all a delight to work with and if you have any ski needs in Boulder, just go to these guys on 30th street- Given that Its just the gold standard of ski sepection, price, staff and service- You May find equivalents, but I assure you that you will NOT find better! “I had never visited indosine before and stopped in today for the first time. I was so excited to find a generous sale on the large outdoor pots, which is what I was originally looking for. And was able to find a beautiful piece in colors that match our home to replace one that broke.I didn't realize how much beautiful furniture, clothing, jewelry and scarves they had indoors as well. Some absolutely stunning pieces. That would be the centerpieces of any elegant room, dining areas or living rooms included. It was a feast for the eyes and I thoroughly enjoyed wandering the shop and ended up adding a couple of decorative indoor items to my outdoor purchase as well.The staff were delightful and very helpful, including providing help loading the large pot into my car. , Even if you have to travel some distance to come and check out all of the interesting items for indoors and outdoors at Indochine.”

“Really cute baby blankets that are extremely soft. Really tidy, and personable. Really cute shop in general. Bedding is really nice quality, expensive but worth it. I don't live in Boulder, even so, I would drive an hour or 2 to buy stuff from here.”

“I have to admit, we went in to use the washroom, but found cool treasures & Halloween decorations & geodes to haul back! [I hope establishments that are stingy about letting a traveler use their washroom will take notice] On top of that, the personnel were friendly and helpful. The store was not crowded at all!”

“VOSS is wonderful and such a necessary addition to Boulder for us lovers of luxury. The owner works hard to curate an impeccable selection of unique home goods. I am particularly impressed by their collection of pillows, textiles, rugs and throws and the many geodes and other tabletop decor pieces. Give yourself enough time to take in everything (there is a lot of stock) and don't forget to look up: the chandeliers are some of the coolest you'll see.”

“After we lost our home in the Marshall Fire, Lisa and Ron were fabulous at helping us begin furnishing a new place. Lisa quickly understood our tastes and preferences, helped us identify and prioritize our needs, recommended a variety of options for us to choose from, helped focus and refine our choices so they represented what we really wanted (and a start toward a home that would be comfortable and reflect us long term). She has followed up on deliveries and monitored the status of items we ordered. She and Ron searched the warehouse for items that were in stock and could be delivered sooner, and they've worked with their vendors to expedite delivery on items that must be manufactured.We couldn't be happier!”

“We felt SO taken care of! My husband and I went to World Market looking for an 8 x 10 area rug. There was nothing even close in the hanging rugs, so I approached a woman who turned out to be a manager, Emily. She said there might be one in the storage room and off we went. Inside, there were three possible rugs. I felt like Goldilocks! One was a hemp rug, too bland looking. Another was too thin. The third definitely had possibilities but it was rolled up and stacked behind another rolled-up rug. Emily moved the in-the-way rug, pulled out the might-be-just-right rug and offered to take it into the store and roll it out for us so we could really see it. That in itself was a big favor. We liked it, but ooops: The rug was 9/12 x 7 1/2. I wasn't sure if it would be big enough and asked about returns. She said they don't usually take rugs back, but if we would agree to a "no return" policy she would take $100 off the rug! Really??!! So we agreed to buy it. When we were checking out she asked if we had a rewards card. Uh no. I have lived in this area for over 13 years and that was my first time in World Market. (It definitely won't be my last.) She then took the time to walk me through setting up a rewards account on my phone which, at my age, 78, was no small accomplishment. Through it all she was always very patient and helpful. Finally done for another 15% off! It was an amazing, incredible experience and we love the rug. It's also big enough! Thank you Emily!!”

“Service is friendly. Selection decent. Prices mostly ok. Bathrooms and dressing rooms pretty clean.The main reason I give this 5 stars is twofold: 1. Where else in Boulder can you get so many different needed items in the same place, while getting coffee? 2. I have good memories of biking to Target all the time with my kid, during the pandemic. They employ a lot of people, they are local, and they are a flagship store. I think that deserves some love.”

I go out of my way another 10 minutes to come to this star bucks because it's consistently amazing. This location should coach all other star bucks on how to do their drinks”

“UPDATE: The situation below was fixed once I filed a formal consumer complaint and the furniture was delivered.Original reiew: We ordered furniture for my daughter's new apartment in Boulder last July and were given a delivery window of Aug 5-14, which coincided with her moving into the apartment. As the time window came and passed, "track my order" showed a new date of Sept 10-29, and it appeared that the bed and dresser were being held up waiting for a chair that she had thrown in as a sort of accessory. We called and asked if they could just deliver the bed and dresser, and they said they would ask for a split delivery. But apparently this requires "approval"- what abysmal customer service. They should be bending over backwards when they're a month late with their delivery. Nothing happened with this request, and a new delivery date appeared of Sept 29-Oct 5. It's currently Oct 3 so I called to make SURE we weren't going to get another run-around and I was connected to the delivery department who told me I had to wait until Oct 5 and, if the items arrived, they would schedule a delivery. I asked, "What if they don't arrive? Do we get a new time window?" The customer service agent repeated the same line over and over about the fact that it's not YET Oct 5 and seemed incapable of understanding we were already 2 months past the original delivery window. So I demanded to be connected to a manager. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me to "calm down so she could help me" as I expressed my irritation with the situation. She then offered to do a split delivery. I informed her that we had already requested this and she told me there was NO RECORD of this request. I will update this review when we find out if they approve the split delivery and give us the bed and dresser but I am not currently holding out hope. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor with clothes in suitcases for 2 months. The manager had the gall to act like I was being difficult and seemed to have zero concern that the customer service was so bad. We will demand our money back if they don't approve the split delivery and order from anyplace else. If I had known this is the abysmal service this place provides, we would NEVER NEVER NEVER have purchased anything from them. RUDE. INCOMPETENT. UNCONCERNED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I welcome a response from you, WEST ELM.”
