love this store ! I always go all the time ! they have really nice crystals with reasonable prices. But I would watch for some of their products like their jade is soooo fake, I wouldn't buy it!! cute store!

Amazing shop!!! Great place to shop for gifts for loved ones! If you can, I would recommend going in on Sunday's. Zoe works on that day and she was so extremely helpful. She really knew her stuff and helped me find the perfect gift!

I've bought lots of lovely jewelry over the years from El Loro and they're usually my first stop for gems. Fun vibes, sweet staff. Old school Boulder vibes that's hard to find on pearl anymore. All jewelry is final sale, so make sure to take your time when deciding what to get, but everything I've gotten has been well worth what I paid for it. In fact, I just got a lovely pair of blue topaz studs that will be my daily earrings!

I did contact someone 5 days after it broke and they told me the next time I was in the state to bring it in for an exchange so I called and let Tray know that I would be in Boulder the weekend of July 9th, I was taken back when Tracy said they would not exchange it was a finally sale so I thought I would leave a review here not to support your business because when the merchandise breaks you do not make it right.

I wish I could rate this store one million stars. Absolute prettiest jewelry and it's so high quality. There is a huge selection and the gem stones are so authentic. The staff is so helpful and full of good vibes. I got these lizard and gemstone earrings from there and they are my new favorite pieces of jewelry.

Be careful if you’re buying Jewelry from here. I got a septum ring for my birthday and within four weeks the clasp broke, so I went back and bought another one and within a week the clasp broke. Of course… they have a no exchange policy lol.

The staff that I have met here are all patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The jewlery is just amazing. I have shopped here several times and always find beautiful pieces that I am very happy with. I will definitely keep coming back.

El Loro is by far one of my favorite stores in Boulder! Everytime i'm on the Pearl St. Mall I have to stop here. They have a huge jewelry selection and have so many beautiful earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and my personal favorite, rings. Almost all of my jewelry I wear everyday is from here and it is all super great quality! Along with jewelry they have a bunch of cute stickers, crystals, clothing, bags, wall decor, and more! The staff is always so helpful and super sweet! And the prices are great! Definitely stop by here if you're in the area.

The only problem with this place is that you can (and will) spend all day looking at the gorgeous jewelry! The staff are absolutely amazing, they are so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind (definitely part of the reason you can spend hours in the shop)!! The jewelry is fantastic quality and worth every cent. I came in today and was helped by the absolute goddesses Lily and Angel! You guys are awesome!!!
