My first experience at World Market and it was incredible. Right now they have 40% off all outdoor furniture and we found a couple wonderful chairs for our patio. I was surprised to see they had dresses and they were really cute. Also their selection of furniture is incredible. So many options and everything seems to be great quality too!

We had the most WONDERFUL experience with a female sales associate over the phone searching for a specific chair in a specific color with this store. None of the other stores in the area were supportive or helpful in the hunt, but this woman was EXCEPTIONAL and went above and beyond to help us find the model we were looking for. This sort of care is so greatly appreciated - World Market Boulder has the BEST staff!

Staff are up their own bums. They thought I was shoplifting (I was not)….I tried asking them a question, and they couldn’t be bothered to pause their conversation to acknowledge me standing there awkwardly for a hot minute. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, which sucks because I have always loved their products, and have been a customer for over 15 years. Heck, I even worked at one during the holidays back in 2014.

Terrible customer service, really slow service. Always a pain to go in here, half of the staff seem untrained and incapable of doing anything. They also engage with customers on a non-professional level. One staff member complained to me, the customer, that she was really tired. As a business owner myself, I would not be thrilled to learn that my employee was saying such things to a customer.
