Such a pleased costumer right here. Whitney was amazing. She is a good listener and really sees your vision. Scheduling was also easy and my installers were polite and efficient. Communication was great. Pricing was fair and explained. You rarely see your sales consultant again and Whitney had the opportunity to stop by same day to ensure the job was done well and I was a happy customer. That alone is why all of my projects and recommendations will go to Suzanne's Carpet and Tile. Thank you to your team for the ease and convenience of your services, never even left the house!

Excellent business. Their products are high quality and come in often, meaning more options for the customer. We had our stairs recarpeted with the perfect high-quality Luxor 2, for an amazing price! It is a stunning cosmetic change for the stairs, and the first thing we see when we walk into our home thanks to Suzanne and her amazing team. 5 stars for this fast and excellent carpet price and transformation for our stairs ?
