I have been using Performance Automotive for several years now. Stephanie, Kelsey, Brandon and all the guys are amazing! Took my car in for a routine oil change and service and they found some other issues that needed to be addressed. I wouldn't have known about these other issues if I had taken my car somewhere else. They are the best and so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

My main concern with my vehicle was not addressed with the appointment I had scheduled. After the dx review, I wad told by the front desk that the front brake rotors and pads needed to be replaced. During the repair the front desk noted that there still was some vibration and recommended that the rear brake rotors turned and pads replaced which I did not have time to do. As stated the initial dx was incorrect and the problem not fixed during the initial visit with considerable expense. I won't be taking my vehicle back to PA.

Performance Automotive Repair has given us top notch service and gone above and beyond to help us out. I didn't have a way to get my car to them with my husband out of town, and they were out of loaners, so they came and got my vehicle, took it for repair, and dropped It back off. Made a stressful situation for me sooo much easier. They are amazing!

I can’t say enough great things about Performance Automotive!! I was moving a load from AZ to Durango and my transmission went out. I was referred to Performance from another shop that didn’t have the ability to help us.
WOW, is all I can say! They went above and beyond for me! We were having issues of getting a new transmission from Denver to Durango in a timely fashion and they knew I was without a vehicle back in AZ, so they dropped what they were doing and personally drove to Denver to get the parts and drove back so they could get started.
Then…once they finished the job, they ran into an issue that my Infiniti auto body had to finalize due to there extensive programming, so they got the car ready to drive safely back to AZ and once we tried and realized it wouldn’t work, they (Brandon and Kelsey the owners) AGAIN dropped what they were doing and offered to tow it back to AZ for me. Mind you, this was at 4:45pm on a Monday! I was speechless and wanted to cry!
I have never experienced such GREAT customer service and knowledge about vehicles as they do.
If you live in the Durango, Pagosa Springs, Bayfield or surrounding area. Trust the job to get done and get done well. They handle all extended warranty’s quickly and are great advocates for the customer.

Great service from Tony and the Performance Automotive Repair team, after being stranded needing a radiator replacement. They got the part in same day, and repaired our car the next morning.
