DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst repair experience I have ever had. Check more reviews and you will see many people have had a VERY bad time with this shop. Save yourself some heartache and go anywhere else.

Revised review: Finally, today Aug 31 we received reimbursement for the problems caused when our oil plug fell out on June 16. Thank you, America's Tire & Auto.
Upon changing our oil, someone at the Bayfield ATT location did not tighten the oil plug sufficiently. Driving on a Sunday 10 days later, the oil plug fell out about 12 miles from Silverton, stranding us with no cell service. Kind strangers helped. Five hours laterand several phone calls we were towed back to town.
We were thrilled when Travis at the shop said to bring in our bills towing and we would be reimbursed. My husband left copies of the towing etc. We were visiting family in Illinois. No reimbursement arrived.
We returned to Colorado. It has now been two months. Last week my husband was supposed to meet with someone managerial from Denver who was "delayed". Travis has said during this entire time, that the someone from Denver will call. The assistant manager will call. They don't.
After my first review The "Owner" said call to discuss. We have already discussed. We were promised reimbursement. There has been no real response to our calls and visits, just empty promises.
We like to do business with local businesses. It appears that this is no longer a local business and the elusive person in Denver is never going to respond.
We do not have towing on our insurance. We are retired on a fixed income. America's Auto and Tire apparently does not care that we are out just short of $800 in towing and repairs. It took 10 weeks; they finally came through.

I would not recommend this place. My whole experience was awful! They had my car for over a month, charged me over $1000, and still couldn't figure it out. I also had to pay to tow it twice! Once to their shop and then again to another shop. Not only did they not fix my car, their communication was terrible. EVERY time they said they would call me, they never did. So I'd end up calling and calling and rarely did they answer. If I left a message, no return call.
By the way, the other shop figured it out and fixed it in 1 hour!!!!!!!! Fuel pump. Wow! Don't walk, RUN from this place. They should be ashamed to charge people for such incompetence!

So far so good. Excellent diagnostic report with clear info about a transient issue with bad fuel. Reasonable quote to resolve a number of age issues with my car. Very cordial treatment by staff and owners. I'll be back, as Schwarzenegger says. ?

Second bad experience!!! This time I took in my truck for service and was told it would take 2 hours, I returned 7 hours later and my truck wasnt done!! No notice- Nothing. Last time we go there
