I went in to the store close to closing time, so I wasn't able to get what I really was needing. But the young lady (forgetting her name) that was helping me, was great and tried to help me. But my questions were more for the salon staff and they had left for the day. I love Ulta so of course ill be back!

My 14 year old daughter was shopping for makeup to start high school with. Joey did an excellent job helping her find the perfect match for her olive skin tone..Joey was so helpful, kind and friendly and really took the time to help her find all the right products . Thank you Joey!

This location always has very poor customer service. Almost all the employees are very rude and unwelcoming. A couple of the bad past interactions I’ve had have been with the worker Charlie, they’re extremely rude to people, always glaring and never helpful.

Worst customer service ever every single time too. I don't come often but every time I do I am met with attitude by every staff member. When I asked an employee if they sold a brand he told me to go to Sephora with a rude tone. And needed shampoo so I ran in 15 minutes before they closed and all the girls were crowed around the door waiting to lock it and then 2 of them rolled their eyes as I approached the door. 15 minutes not even 5. I didn't know you could keep a job while giving such disrespect but ig here it's a requirement or something.

HORRIBLE customer service. Just the worst. I went in to buy my husband cologne and they don’t have a single tester out to figure out which new one to buy. You figure that out by smelling them. Then the person with purple sparkle nails and blonde hair was clearly annoyed, so rude and so short. Did not want to take time out to help. I walked out, I’m going to Sephora.

Today, my lady called in the morning to check on the availability of the Dyson in pink. The lady on the phone said it was available in our store. Twenty to twenty-five minutes later, she arrived at the store and asked about the Dyson she had called about. Both the salesperson and the manager said there were no Dysons available in pink, which was disappointing. Later in the day, she returned with her friends and decided to check again with a different associate. This time, the associate went to the back and brought out the Dyson in pink. It was a waste of time due to misinformation and unprofessionalism, deserving only a one-star rating. Both the salesperson and manager had lied to my lady's face and were too lazy to check their back stock for the Dyson in pink. Overall, the experience was terrible. Despite still purchasing the Dyson, the taste of the experience was obviously not great. Complete disappointment! ?

Came in to do my hair with Sam (who is also amazing!!!!) and since I have an upcoming wedding I wanting to pick up a few makeup products. I just want to shout out Joey who not only is very knowledgeable but also kind! My kids tell me sometimes I can be demanding or come across entitled but Joey patiently walked all over the store with me and helped find every product I needed! Helped me match the color of makeup and even gave me a few tips! Joey, I am grateful for all your help, I promise I will come back to show you pics!!!

So recently ulta has added a facial service (I don't think it was there before.... but maybe it was and I'm a silly goose that missed it). I popped into Ulta mid-afternoon and was invited to a Dermatologica skin event next Saturday morning. The esthetician also asked me if I was available for a facial literally right that minute, and luckily I was because this woman (Yelena) HAS THE HANDS OF AN ACTUAL ANGEL!!!! my skin hasn't felt this good since I lived in humid af Florida. AND! It was only $75 for an HOUR LONG CUSTOM FACIAL !!!!! I am absolutely floored. I will definitely be back but if you're in the market for an INCREDIBLE facial, look no further because Yelena will take amazing care of you!!!

Had a gift card so came to see what they have. I was looking for Serena Williams line but I didn't see it. And I didn't fancy wandering around a lot. Considered Charlotte Tillbury but ended up at Nyx Cosmetics display. I really like the colors and the natural base. Not chemicals mixed in. Found some lip items and am trying a stick contour color. Sales associate gave me recommendation for which shade to try. Excited. Cashier was friendly and didn't rush me even when there was a line. Instead she called for additional help. Recommend. Lots of parking in shared lot.

Customer service is always bad, and they never have the products I need (just rows of products absent from shelves). Also, I'm not sure why ulta's perfume sections are becoming so unintuitive...also they never have samples out.

From SoCal to Denver Ulta never fails to disappoint. They find the most tired unpleasant rude workers and hire them to represent Ulta and they do that so well. They don’t even bother to welcome customers and when they r asked for assistance they have answers ready, which is “ No we don’t have it, sorry. Check online” when it says it’s in stock on their website. I had to complain to the cashier to get some help. Lesson learned for next time tho . What ever product, Just order it online directly from the manufacturer or check elsewhere. Ulta is like an afterthought to me at this point.
