Lots of great stuff at a great price. Check out the candle section - super buys! They have nice, affordable throws and blankets. While their cosmetic section is a bit of a mess, you can find some goodies in there. Make sure you look around through all the shoes for your size because many are misplaced. I didn't have time to check out the clothes but my guess is there are plenty of deals to be scored. Goods for the home are definitely worth a look. I only gave it a four because it was quite messy. Not dirty just messy.

The store is well stocked, in the morning it is very tidy but dusk arrives and there are many things lying around, trampled clothes and more, the morning manager is arrogant, I asked him about the available jobs and he just said No!!
Making an unpleasant face, they should fire this guy. I didn't know his name but it's the one with dark, wavy hair and I'll go again to see your name since that day he didn't even have a badge on to identify himself, I knew it was the manager because a worker like that He pointed it out to me. Be more empathetic people since you have your salary for all of us frequent consumers

I’d give 0 stars if I could. It has been months that I’ve come here & it’s always 1-2 cashiers with a line of at least 30 people and usually takes nearly an hour just to check out or return items. It’s terrible.

I have been waiting in line at Ross for over an hour, and it looks like I’ll be waiting at least another hour. This is completely unacceptable. There are not enough cashiers working, and the store seems extremely understaffed. The checkout process is incredibly slow, and there’s no sense of urgency to serve the long line of customers. I love shopping at Ross, but this kind of experience makes me want to avoid this location in the future. Management seriously needs to address this issue. Very disappointing!

Haven't been in awhile but from my experience working here the staff are pretty friendly and fairly helpful, Store floors are crowded with clothes and not a lot of cashiers in the front. . Not too great if you dont speak spanish but otherwise okay. Only person I have an issue with is the Store Manager. Not Noel, the other one. Snarky as hell, and sassy. No help whatsoever and won't be patient enough to correct the newbies, reword, or speak properly.
From a customer perspective the lines and the short amount of cashiers aren't helpful for everyone trying to run about and get enough done. Clothes on the floor suck and you can't find too much without looking on the ground.

I often see lines to the back of the store due to only having one cashier at peak hours. The merchandise is usually really good but due to the lack of available cashiers, many people waiting in line decide to leave their desired purchases and walk out of Ross disappointed.

Just about as much as you would expect for a Ross in GVR. I was surprised it was decently stocked today, but it's usually in chaos as our most Ross's. You can't blame the staff, just the people who shop there.

I could take them or leave them.
This store is not well kept compared to other Ross store throughout the city. In my opinion, and I've gone here more than once, hoping it would improve, you'll have a far better shopping experience elsewhere.
