I am so disappointed in this store. I visited the Vetco earlier this year which was disappointing in itself. As we were in the store, every staff member with the exception of the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful. I thought I would try again with a store pickup order which I placed around 6:45am and was told in the email that I would receive an additional email when the order was ready. Instead, at 3pm, I received an email saying it was not in stock and cancelled my order. No options to have it shipped, order at another store, have it delivered from another store. Nothing. Just cancelled. I know I am old school, but courtesy, respect and customer service should never be outdated.

Great place where i can get my stuff for my cats, and lizards. Really recommend the refillable litter from the back of the store, litter is cheap and decent quality for multi cats with added arm and hammer baking soda for cats odordizer and Marineland Zeolite blend ammonia neutralizing for fish tanks to last longer almost just like the big brands.

Waited half hour for help 2 employees working they both knew I was waiting kept helping others, shelves didn't have what system showed had said mist of had walk outs that would have been a lot of walk outs and a lot of money lost for Petco if that was the case so what's the truth? Walk-outs ×-6 packages and all or he didn't want to really se what was going on or they was in the boxes they was supposed to have been putting on the shelves all day??? TO PETCO OWNER I FEEL SORRY FOR THE POOR HAND FED Conners I watched him crawl into the corner shaking in fear from the kids an adults before I got him to calmly crawl back out to trust me. I had him dancing. turning sideways and backwards before he turned upside down an rubbed the back of his head on the glass trying to get to me was so sweet made me so miss my Quaker Parat's I rescued.

Fully stocked with all varieties of products for all your pet needs. This store has everything needed for my pet and what I can't find the staff are always there to help. I went and I couldn't buy because the cashiers didn't want to serve me. I needed to buy a couple of fish and they said they didn't have people to help me get the fish, and they also let people go who were going to buy snakes. The store lost money because employees who are not professional with customers

First visit was very nice! Found what I needed after going around the middle main aisle and checked out pretty quickly. I got to check out Ben and Jerry's dog ice cream while waiting. How cool and why isn't there a cat ice cream? ? The cashier was very friendly. Very positive experience and I will go back.
