Don’t waste your time coming here , staff is for lack of a Better word - Useless, They will literally go back and forth arguing between them as to who has to suffer the burden of servicing the next customer in line. It’s worth driving the extra couple of miles and finding an AutoZone. Never coming back to this location.

Quick and easy to find parts and hassle free in returns with receipts. Parking is tight so definitely pull up cautiously to business.

I recently visited this auto part store and overall had a positive experience. The service was great, and I encountered no problems. However, during my visit, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving an employee named Fernando. In plain sight and with no shame, he was disrespectful towards his coworker, openly criticizing them in Spanish. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. While my interaction with other staff members was pleasant, witnessing such behavior impacts the overall atmosphere of the store. Management should address this issue to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

This place I have tried and tried again and the same three people were working and the same lack of customer service. Little girl (manager) very disrespectful and when I asked where something was and then I asked about a battery she rudely said they will help up front in this nasty tone. Then once I went up front and asked about the battery was treated rudely because I couldn't carry the battery in. Little does he know I'm a cancer patient that can't carry that kind of weight. Tried to buy a carb for my car and the guy up front didn't know what that was. How do you work at a car parts place if you don't know these basic things and what does this say about this company for hiring these people with consistent negative feedback
