Had flat tire went to change it but my spare didn't fit. Called and was told it would be about an 15 min no prob. Guy came took my tire brought it back about an hour later put it on - I drove home and heard a slight tick tick tick noise. Went to drive to work today noise was worse. Stopped at a local tire place they looked at it and told me the tire had a bubble in it and was dangerous could cause a blow out. Called on the road again the owner came out saw the bubble said it would about half hour. Over an hour and half later I called and he said 5 min away. I said this is how you run your business? Let your clients know if there's a delay instead I wasted over 3 hours waiting for a tire after they brought me a bad once. Non apologetic non sympathetic.

Absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are 100% of the time late and unprofessional. Do not ever trust them to take care of you especially in a roadside assistance situation. They left me in my truck on the side of the road for nearly 12 hours for a flat tire and still couldn’t get the job done. Don’t ever give them even a penny.

VERY low-quality work, they don't look for perfection, more of just give me all your money! 10/10 would NOT recommend this trash. Go to some place credited instead!

Awesome guys. Highly recommend! I had little money and a broke down car they came very far to get my car tore it to their shop and fix it for an amazing price. They were honest and fair with me and it’s nice to be able to have a trustworthy place to go for auto work because so many places aren’t. Thanks guys

The manager of the shop, Manuel, was very professional and did a great job fixing my truck. I recommend this auto repair shop for high quality work and professionalism from the manager and team members working in the shop.

I took my 92" Lexus because I had squeaking belt, Manuel stated he changed the belt to resolve the noise. The total was $276.00 at this point I also asked for a oil change. Upon me returning to pick my car up, I lifted the hood and the belts are old and wires and hanging off the belt. My total is now $471.00Manuel and I had a previous issue about a radiator he replaced. There is a hose leading to the reserve bucket that was never hooked back up, when Manuel replaced the radiator for $500.00+ I noticed the hose wasn't hooked and and asked him to take a look at the hose he didn't hook back up. Manuel charged me additional money for previous work that should have been completed. He is asking 471.00 to replace a belt, oil change and hose (work that should have been done correctly)MANUEL IS A TOTAL RIP OFF ARTIST! HE DOES VERY SHADY WORK!

I’m the type of person who goes out of my way to give good reviews but I’ve had such a terrible experience with this company that I had to share. I took my car in to this place once before and it was a great experience so I went back. My car wasn’t starting so I had it towed. They discovered it was a key sensor issue. The key is fine, but the sensor isn’t. I asked the cost BEFORE they did the work, they said $250. That’s the price at the dealership so I said OK. They got the car up and running. Same day they called me back and said the brakes are really worn down, and for safety issues I should get the brakes done. Again, I asked BEFORE they did the work what would be my grand total after getting the key and the brakes done. He said $600(ish). I clarified and asked, “That’s the cost for both servicing the key and the breaks?” He said yes. Based on my budget, and that I have a second car so the breaks wasn’t an emergency for me but I was able to afford it, I gave the OK to move forward with doing the breaks. When I got my car, the man had a spare key for me (with no sensor) and my key (with sensor). The person rang me up and the total was $900(ish). I disputed it and they explained that the extra charges come from the man who made me the spare key. I disputed that as well explaining that I never asked for a key to be made and the key is pointless because it has no sensor. (Also, my sensor wasn’t bad, I learned later I just needed a new battery in it).
None of their explanations made any sense as to why my bill was $900. I was beginning to get upset and I was very confused. On top of that, I didn’t have $900 budgeted for this because I was told $600. So, I had to apply for their “loan” for the remaining $300. This evening I got the email that my loan is successfully paid off, but in total, after interest, I paid $600 in cash to On The Road Again, and $550 to this loan place. That’s $1150 for a service I was told would be $600, and a spare key I can’t use because without the sensor, my car doesn’t turn on.
Awful. Awful. Awful experience.

They did a good job on repairing my Trucks transmission. Gave me options to choose from. Better than I expected.
