I recently acquired a new job in which they had been paying me with checks, since then the place par excellence for cashing them has been this Money Tree location, all the employees are incredibly friendly and efficient, if you need any of their services do not hesitate to come here, not only do they speak English and Spanish but they also have notable experience in doing their work and that is something you can't find everywhere.

Friendly employees with experience working as fast as they can. Sometimes lines are long when large volumes of customers arrive at the same time, but the line moves fast. The door closes at 7:00 p.m. weekdays maybe weekends too. It automatically locks so don't be late!

I have been a customer with Moneytree since 2010. The last few times I’ve been in I have been less than thrilled with the customer service I have received. I do contract work and the last two times I have gone in. They have called to verify that it’s a real check. If they would look at my history and see that I’ve never given them a bad check, I’m sure they could easily override this. It’s inconvenient to wait in your long lines just to be told you won’t cash a check because you can’t get a hold of the person that wrote it. It is a Saturday on a holiday weekend who is working right now? You may have lost a customer over this one.

Even after getting confirmation from the person who wrote the check they still refused to cash it. I truly believe they are bias,towards certain individuals.

I don’t typically write reviews unless there negative reviews until now. I Went to cash a check the other night here, the teller named April helped me. She was very kind. I asked if she had any old bills or coins. She had a old Penny she was saving and was kind enough to give it to me. She’s awesome!
