We have been taking our daughter here for almost a year and we have nothing but good things to say about the staff and facility!They're so wonderful and treat ALL of the kids with love and understanding. They are decently priced and have lots of flexibility and availability. Drop in works well for our family and this location is perfect! They are always fully staffed too!They are also very conveniently located by Safeway and a nail salon. If I need to do my grocery shopping for an hour they're right next door, OR if I need a little me time, the salon is 2 doors down.

From the registration to the first visit to the past 2 years I have used them; they have been nothing short of phenomenal. I highly recommend them and their very friendly team!

5/5 Stars. Been taking my kids here for 2 years and the staff has been amazing. They are incredibly welcoming and receptive everytime my kids show up, and they look forward to seeing the staff members each day.I take them more frequently than most and have never had any problems.They are very communicative if something happens between my children or other kids (which it seldom does).I’ve read other negative reviews and have to say I’ve never experienced anything like the negative reviews claim.My children love Kidstown the staff, the crafts, the activities, etc.They have taken leaps in terms of social development, as well as respecting authority figures.Love Kidstown and all they are doing!

My review is a negative zero.these people are understaffed unprofessional and don't watch the kids while taking your money. All I can say is who tells two year old not to come back.smh shame on you all not returning my calls and tried to keep my money and enrollment fee. And any behavior problems from a two year old is a result of you all not watching the kids. You discriminated against my child for his size and I think race too.dont bring your kid to these people. Fake unprofessional and liars.

I have worked here for 4 years and I have to say, I am very impressed with Hollie and the way she manages her staff and our center. She's trained us to be prompt with cleanup and sanitation. She makes sure we always have extra staff members for the numbers she expects, and if we don't have enough staff members on a given day to accommodate a child without stressing staff, she won't accept drop-ins. She makes it easy to be our best for the kids and to give the best service possible. She personally trains each of us and has us work with her present until she deems us ready. And as a staff member, I can say she maintains a pleasant, friendly work environment and encourages positive interactions both with children and their families. I strongly recommend!

Hollie is Wonderful and all the staff. My kids have been going here since they were one. Nice to have a place to go for date night and open late on Fri and Sat.

Both of my girls have been going there for over a year now, and it has been absolutely wonderful. They work with us and are as accommodating as they can be. My schedule is busy as well as my hubby. They have become like a second family atmosphere for my girls. There are days that might not go as “awesome” as most days, but we are human and it’s normal. Safety and well-being are at least ALWAYS the priority. Every staff member there is absolutely great. My girls come home with more personality and imagination. The art projects are crazy awesome. 5 stars through and through

My son absolutely loves this place! The moment we arrive he goes running in! When I first began bringing him, he of course was upset when I would leave. The staff was absolutely amazing at helping us out with his initial separation anxiety, that same day he didn't want to leave when it was time to go. This place is more affordable than a babysitter, especially on Friday nights when it's only $4 an hour! We will definitely be using this drop-in center as much as we can!

We moved to Co about a year ago and I needed a temporary solution to get to work before school started. This place was perfect! She LOVES it there and always wants to go. If she could go there as primary childcare she would be all for it. Unfortunately for her the hours don't work for me (I'd need them to open earlier) and, during the school year the aftercare provided by the school is more realistic/convenient than me getting off work to take her somewhere else. I always know she'll be happy there if I need a few hours.
