This team has been amazing to work with. Sam listened carefully to our insurance needs and wishes, and responded with a really good product and price. Since then, Sam has been quick to answer all questions and requests for information. I'm so happy with Sam and the team.

BEWARE!!! Incredibly dishonest, insincere, money driven employees. If you have Allstate I would warn you to at least go to a different branch.When I was doing mental health social work and paying $300+ premiums each month everything was great. I was valued customer treated with respect. Then once hardship hit and I needed to lower my insurance it was absolutely unreal how quickly they switch up and do not care about you anymore.My agent was Sommer Faye and she was great at first when she was getting higher commission from me. Then once I switched careers and no longer needed that her drop off in care was almost unreal. She would quote me prices without any timeline and then blame me for not responding soon enough. She would constantly contradict herself with due dates, timelines and promising to get things done that resulted in complications and higher fees for me almost every time.I have ALL of my bills on automatic payments but had to take theirs off because of how sketchy they were and how many times they charged me way over what we had agreed upon for multiple months on end. Which put incredible strain on me financially at the time.I had attempted numerous times to get a new agent and they literally just wouldn’t let me. I even tried to call their National number and they told me that “Sommer is the agent they send all their people who have issues with their agent to” and refused to let me work with anyone else but her. I requested from every person I could how to report her for how negligent she was being with my case and no one would assist if not straight up refused with this. Even though I was forced to switch to progressive and am now happy with that, they were shocked by all the mishandling and reassured me with all the training they have to go through versus Allstate.It’s clear that she has been over-assigned and has too many people on her caseload and so it’s not unrealistic that some of her clients slip through the cracks and get mishandled. Although she may have been helpful and great with other clients I was getting seriously mistreated and all the other employees including Jack himself were doing nothing but trying to protect her. So for your own wellness save yourself some time and avoid this branch and Allstate all together if your can.

My previous insurance company cancelled one of homeowners policies in error. After so many errors with this company, I found Sam Whitney. My case was challenging because of multiple properties. Sam hung in there with me through the challenges and we got the property insured. Thank you for your persistentance, time, quick response!!!

I just bought a new Mazda CX-30 and of course I needed insurance for the vehicle. I was tired of calling a 1-800 number and getting a different representative everytime and having to repeat everything over and over. Having Sam Whitney at Jack Sughrue help me with my renters and auto insurance was a god send. He helped me with getting the best rates personalized with what I need and what I didn't need. I called to ask information about my policy to get better educated on the new changes they are having with the program drive wise and as well as renewal for my policy and updating my age and the agent Jack had no knowledge and seemed very confused and told me he’d call me back with the information I’m requesting and when he did he said my agent was someone else and that’d she’d call me back. That was Tuesday March 14th and it is now 5 days since my agent has reached me.

Don't Join!, Jack Sughrue All-StateI was a policy owner for over 10 years. In the last year my premium has gone up 2 times, in total of over $100 a month and was told the reason for this is uninsured and car theft, with no claims to be had in my name. Because of the premium increase I wanted to cancel on the date which I thought was when my coverage date ended, but instead got an additional charge , because of the fact that my payment date only rides through half of the next month. Not one phone call of this information was given

After leaving 4 voicemail messages requesting a call back, I never heard from anyone to answer questions about my coverage and after 15 yrs+ with Allstate will be leaving the company due to declining/ poor customer service.
