“Went there for one item, wheels, and they didn't have the size I needed. Usually, that's not the case. I saw a flier. The week before, they had a sale on that item. That explained it. Cashier did check computer to see if they had any in the back... no luck. I will be back again... good store.”
“Had ordered a shower online with a delivery date for today- the 20th of December. Found out this morning that it was in a warehouse in Canada and wouldn’t be here until after Christmas at least. I called the store to cancel and spoke with Holley, who beings she’s new, incorporated the help ofAnnabelle and Karen. They canceled my order in such a pleasant manner, and offered assistance to find something comparable. We ended the call with me needing to order on line. I did- the exact same unit. It had gone way up in price within 3 days since I ordered , and that I had cancelled an hour before. I called again. Bless Holleys heart because her and the other ladies honored my original price. These ladies made this entire experience very pleasant and personal for me. They cared! Something you hardly see anymore. I am sold on Lowes moving forward. Thank you ladies! “Store is good there website said they had what I needed and they didn't. No more in store locator on the website they should bring that back. What I needed could have been there and I just couldn't find it.”
“Today my son and I made purchases at two Home Depot stores, this one on Mississippi and the Pioneer Hills one on S. Chambers. The staff at this store are helpful, friendly and the store provides military veterans with a 10% discount on their purchases. We bought 4 items today. Then, because this store didn't have the toilet seats we wanted, we followed an employees suggestion that we drive to the Pioneer Hills store for them (he had checked stock online). The Pioneer Hills store charged several dollars more for the items we purchased and the MANAGER told us she was issuing the military discount. When we arrived home, we saw they had given my son a discount for one of the 2 identical items. So half a discount, or 5% instead of 10%. We will be staying with the Mississippi store in the future. Better customer service and staff we can trust.”

“Big chains frequently receive bad reviews, largely because of staffing issues and trickle-down effect (issue) related to those issues. I wanted to take a minute to give some much needed praise to the management team at the Aurora Home Depot #1501 and Sedgwick, their claims management company. Exactly one week ago I backed my big ol' pickup truck into a parking space just like I've done thousands of times before. From the view of my backup camera I could see that there was a tree just behind the curb of my spot, what I didn't see was the tree branch that protruded over and into my parking spot...then I heard the sound of glass shattering and knew that could only mean one thing. The very cool all-glass rear door of my extended-height topper must have hit something...but what? I could see the tree a safe distance from my rear bumper in my camera, I was perplexed. This is where the "picture is worth a thousand words" saying comes into play. Either Home Depot or Sedgwick could have said "you backed your truck into a tree and think it's our fault?" Rather, they both saw their liability in the incident and ponied up to pay the roughly $1K it's going to cost me to replace the rear door. Thank You!”

“We have taken our son to their kids workshop a couple of times now and we always have a good experience. The girls running the workshop are helpful. They could use a bigger space because it does get crowded but we love it here. We also done multiple purchases here and always find what we are looking for very easily”
