Scheduled an oil change and noted I’d pick up at a certain time. Never received a call, showed up and my car hasn’t even been worked on even though an appointment was scheduled. Had to wait an additional 15 mins past the pick up time so they can work on my vehicle. Definitely need to work on customer service.

They’re good people and especially hard workers and they got my alignment done within in hour while their systems were down.
There was damage to my fender and service issues specifically with Joe (one of their representatives). I spoke with Nate the general manager afterwords and he helped get everything straightened out. Super chill guy and the team is good.

Requested a complimentary tire pressure check, they acknowledged me and told me they'd send someone out to service my vehicle. Waited 15 min and no one came out to assist me. Poor customer service
