Watch your bank accounts!!!! They will charge you $30.00 over your quoted balance on your receipt. I will NEVER shop here again and make sure everyone I know is aware of their faulty business practices, as well as the BBB! Update: I went back and they admitted their mistake and “processed a return” so far I still haven’t received my money back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a total ripoff. They claim that their human hair wigs are human hair, they are not! I paid over 200 and it fell apart in one month! My daughter has tricholtilomania. I told them this and they were super nice until I tries to take the wig back. They became super rude and said that they didn’t remember me. Anyway stay away and go somewhere else where the business is honest.

I would give it a 3.9 or something, they try to get you in and out as soon as possible which can be nice, but they just have a bit of a rude vibe (especially if ur black) they kinda assume you're going to steal. They're nice, though, and do their jobs well. The store also has every product you could use for your hair, as well as other good things. I plan on going there whenever I need future hair products.

This place has kinda gone downhill. There used to be two women who worked there and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I was in there it is was only three men. None of them know anything about hair/hair products and get irritated when you ask them questions. They also tried to kick me out of the store early. Talking about we close in 2 minutes when they didn’t close until 7:30pm and it was only 7:12pm. If you’re in a bind, B and B will do, but there are far better places to get hair from, including Hair Joy, and there’s online stores now that sell a lot of products for cheaper. I won’t be back.
