Terrible service!!! They will ruin your clothes and not care. I’m in the military so I get uniforms dry cleaned all the time. Never experienced this before. This was my first time with this business and highly recommended going somewhere else. If I can give this zero stars I would. Brought in a brand new dress for a wedding with tags still on the dress to get steamed. Over a hundred dollar dress. I asked to not wash, (I wanted no chemicals on it or anything) just steamed to get a few wrinkles out since it was a silk like fabric. I go to pick it up with vertical lines that are evenly placed throughout the dress. Looks like the fabric was pulled. You can tell it was because of them and the process they used to clean the dress. The owner admits to washing it twice then back tracked and said he didn’t wash it. Then proceeded to blame the department store for a faulty dress that it could have been like that and they didn’t notice it when receiving the dress (they cut the tags off of the dress there and inspected it before taking it) and that I just didn’t realize it was ruined when I bought it. I immediately noticed when I picked it up so why wouldn’t I notice it when I bought it and tried it on? He did not take responsibility for ruining the dress but proceeded to yell at me that he has been washing clothes for 20 years in New York and blamed me. Don’t go here. I will be reporting this business.

ZERO star! Very disrespectful to customers. They overcharge and are very rude. Do not recommend. Take your service somewhere else.

Avoid this dry cleaner at all costs! Recently, I took my husband's dress shirts there, and when I picked them up, I noticed one shirt had a hole in the front. Despite showing them the hole with the dry cleaning tag still on, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. Their response to damaging my clothing was infuriating, and they showed no concern for the situation. I would have been satisfied with a simple apology and a $10 credit in exchange for my now ruined $200 shirt, but they were unwilling to offer any compensation. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will never give them my business again. I've been using this cleaner casually for years (usually only once or twice a year since I don't own a bunch of dry clean only clothes) and I've never been disappointed!

Pretty good local cleaners. A little pricier than I would like which is the reason for the four stars. That said, been using them for a few years and they have never lost anything. They’ve done minor repairs for me as well. The repairs were decent but not anything to write home about.

Trusted a $950 jacket with them. They said if they couldn’t unshrink a shrinken jacket they would cover it with there insurance. I got my jacket back and it shrunk so much that it was half the size. Contrary to what they said earlier, they said it wasn’t there fault. Never once did they apologize and they told us to sue them if we had a problem with it. They also told us to stop making a big deal about a jacket that’s “only $950.” Don’t trust your expensive shirts with them.

I came here after seeing it as the highest rated cleaners in my area, but they absolutely ruined a white dress shirt with a giant purple and pink stain that wasn't there before and completely destroyed 4 buttons on a jacket! Needless to say, I won't be coming back here again!
