Have been doing my taxes for 3 consecutive years with Lino Gonzales and everything has been fast and easy. Also seen the other tax preparer that works there and seems like everything runs smoothly with his clients also.

Did my taxes last year with them all went great. I scheduled this year 2 times had to cancel because of personal reasons. I rescheduled to get them done now that I have everything in order on a Thursday I get a call on a Friday and the gal told me that the gentleman that did my taxes last year did not want to do my taxes cause I had cancelled 2 times already and I gave them plenty of time before I cancelled not like I cancelled the same day. I asked if I could do them with another person there they told me no because I was a client of the guy I did my taxes with last year.. will never use again.

I've been seeing Lino and his team yearly since 2005. Always well organized and provides a professional service. Don't waste your money by going to those block tax chains.

Gonzalez is the worst person I ever seen as a tax person . I would have give him 0 star . So rude and doesn't even listen when a Client tell him . Horrible service . I won't advise any one to go to him
