I went in with a brand new debit card and made a $12 purchase and was charged that plus $19.19. They won't answer the phone either. Having to take it up with my bank.

Store is not 24 hours. Fuel closes at like 10pm every night. And the drive way to get in and out off of ward is sketchy

This used to be the best place to buy gas (have here for 7 years) but ever since they updated or changed or whatever to the pumps, I've never had more issues trying to use a pump. The credit card authorization used to take less than a second (insert card and pull immediately) but now it takes up to 15 seconds and doesn't work half the time. Forget trying to use King Soopers fuel points because you have to click through like 4 screens following instructions before you even have a chance to enter the alternate I.D. But don't worry cause that won't work half the time either. It legit makes you feel like they're either ripping off your card or just don't give a darn about our time. I'm gonna try to never go back.

I came in wearing a mask and the employee on duty (young white guy, shorter side, brown hair) refused to sell me cigarettes if I wore a mask. I work in healthcare with children, so I generally wear masks in public spaces as an extra caution. The sign on the store even had a "wear your mask" direction. I was being respectful and just wanted to buy my smokes - I hadn't asked him to wear a mask because I realize that everyone has a different way of going about social-distancing. It was inappropriate and bullying of him to enforce his personal beliefs by refusing service and getting into a rant.

This store has an entire shelf stocked of bad juul pods. I spent almost $20 on a pack of juul pods just to find out they are a bad batch. (Very yellow color). Now in order to get my money back I have to take time out of my day to contact Juul and get a refund. I will never return to this gas station again. The employee opened a second pack of juul pods and they were extremely yellow too. I went down to 711 across the street and their batch of juul was good no problems. But this place will continue to scam another 10 people until they are out of the juul pods. They are selling bad batches and give zero shits. Only gave this place a 2 Star cause the employee was nice. Wasn't his fault but the manager is stocking bad product and selling them and could care less. Well I care and I'm never coming back screw this place.
